Awesome. Columbo lives on!
Thank you for this wonderful series - a lovely way to honour a great character and a fine actor.
Must take ages to find the right locations houses etc the last shot with the surprised look is too funny. Keep them coming tim. Great job as ever
Brilliant work! Your set designer is surely up for an award at a certain ceremony in Hollywood?
I do kinda remember this scene.
For direct comparison: about 1:06:00 into the episode.
Hahaha! This one worked out perfectly because you and Anne Baxter have the same voice. Although hers might be a tad lower.
I'm watching the episodes on Channel 5 each Sunday. And I love your recreations!
Gods, I love these so much.
This one had a German expressionist vibe, so I feel intellectually recharged now. 10/10
Just one more thing! Thanks Tim , I have the Limited edition Columbo box set , on CD . You have inspired me to start watching it again.
Again appreciate the good work and all the details
These faithful recreations are coming so thick and fast it’s hard to understand why NBC studios are not credited as financially funding them so as to advertise the originals.
The look of shock at the end made me laugh. Now I am feeling guilty for not taking it seriously enough. Brilliant. Thanks.
Brilliant
I am beginning to get worried that i am starting to fancy some of your female characters 🥰🥰🥰
i am not sure trying to make them jealous will help.
I have to watch the original version to see if Anne Baxter changes her shoes and puts on trousers under her dress on 0:15 and back again on 0:22 😄
That was perfect 🤣
Is it just me or does the photo of the man on the wall at 36 seconds in look like he has the same hair style as a young Tim Vine.
Well spotted. That is indeed a portrait of me done by my sister. I was as you rightly observe……..young.
A painting not a photo.
