I love the 1970s, simpler times when all Ray Milland had to do to disguise his very distinctive voice was to place his handkerchief over the telephone mouthpiece!!! The same simple times when any credit card could gain you access to any property..... happy days
0:31 - alas, the lost Larry Grayson episode which featured a younger Larry as the manipulative killer. Even Columbo's tried and tested tricks (like re-entering a closed door) were foiled as Larry broke the fourth wall and told Columbo (seems like a nice boy) ... to close it! Wonderful episode.
All I'm thinking is, did he take the script down from a DVD or did he stream it? And I bet he's seen "Watch it for Days" retrospectives on the Columbo series.
Great. Although at times your Ray Miland reminded me a bit of Larry Grayson. Or rather Mike Yarwood impersonating Larry Grayson. Lots of fun though, so thanks for going to the effort.
Tim vine dies Columbo better than Columbo, would be really good if you did full episodes but I guess that takes time and money. Ever thought of setting up an Kickstarter campaign and writing your own Columbo episode where you play Columbo?
Finally, y9outube has a purpose! Is it a bad thing that I spend my evenings doing this without anyone filming it? I've done them all. Thursday night is Double Exposure night. I've got a new Dick Van Dyke beard being delivered for tomorrow and I've tweaked the way he says 'were you a witness to what he just did?' just right. I'm pretty good with Ray Milland's transatlantic accent, but I sometimes slip into Dial M. It's pretty expensive doing A Stitch in Crime, cos I keep breaking the desk. If you need help, I'm a phonecall away!!

You do very quality Ray Milland!
I love him in this -- he's so unnecessarily aggressive all the time.
Where did you find this video? I published it on my RUclips channel but I can’t find it on my RUclips channel home page for some reason.
@@TimVineTelevisual I subscribe to you and it was just on my "subscriptions" page. So it's out there!
I searched for your channel and it comes up then :)
@@puddindancer it seems fine now.Thanks.
@@TimVineTelevisual I'm glad it's ok now. It's a fantastic video :)
imagine if the internet didn't exist and there was no way for Tim to exhibit his acting range...
Acting? One does not simply act a part. One becomes the part dear boy
Uncanny, i had no idea it was Tim until that reveal in the last shot. I really must get one of those magical transformation wigs 👨🦱
WOW! The production values are just getting better and better.
Excellent Ray Milland impression, even down to the dodgy toupee. I didn't realise it was you until you whipped it off...
Always bonkers. Always a joy.
Love it! looking forward to more :) - have you ever been tempted to do a whole episode ? if so which would be your favourite one to try ? :)

One of your best ones yet, nicely done. You make Ray Milland look like a well groomed Brian Butterfield! 😅
Excellent, as always, Tim :)
That was amazing!
...I almost thought this was an actual Columbo clip. You'd think it was the real people...
Love this one especially the uncle
i was shocked when he took off the wig
About 23:00 into the episode.
Another great job!
Fantastic as always.
the finest wigs in all of england
Really terrific.
Thank you, Mr Vine.
It is showing on your homepage for me now :)

A British version of Colombo would have been awesome!
Uncanny.
I don't remember Larry Grayson being in Columbo. lol
