The exhaust gas does not get hot enough for continuous regeneration during driving on urban streets, so the engine raises the temperature of exhaust gas to allow automatic regeneration.
Manual regeneration
The DPF indicator flickers when the exhaust gas is not hot enough for automatic regeneration due to a traffic jam, etc. Stop the vehicle at a safe place, and press the DPF Cleaning Switch continuously to start manual regeneration of the filter.
Restrictions may be imposed when driving is continued while the DPF indicator flickers.
Automatically regenerated DPF data is displayed on the Ivis
The volume of PM accumulated on the DPF, regeneration status, request for manual regeneration, and other data are displayed on the Ivis in the meter panel.

Hello we have some problem on our fuso canter 2015 , it is warning for ”dpf full” with a yellow light and ”engine system” with a red light, what can be at fault?
the dpf filter is full and he can't make the automatic cleaning! normally when is at the half he cleans his self when you drive
check also the cleaning liquid and the AdBlue also

you can try to clean with some pdf cleaners, which one has to be mixed with diesel but the best way is to cut the filter, clean the filter with a high pressure machine and some special liquids and weld back the piece. this you can do only at a good service

I have a 2012 fuso and the dpf symbol flashes Amber on the bottom right but only when the key is turned to accessories. Once engine is started the light goes out. Does this mean it needs to be cleaned or is that light always flashing when key is turned to accessories? Your time is much appreciated.
on my is the same, if you start the car and the light is not on or not flashing you dont have to do nothing, just if the light is on, if not dont worry about!
This truck is good for around 1.5 ton? Does it has enough power?
no, its not so strong. and when it's empty is almost 3.2 ton
normally you need permisson for 7.5 ton trucks to drive when it's loaded
but recommand with a bigger motor than 3.0
@@MPA9 here is a fuso with a 3.0, and full loaded is a 3.5 ton. We are looking for something like that and we found 3 optiones, one being a 2.5 hyundai, a 2.0 maxus and this fuso

if you load fully bettet to buy with a bigger motor. minimum 3.0 liter.. cause of the power
@@MPA9 its to transport fruit, we load 1.2-1.3 ton usually, the max could be 1.6 ton, and we saw a fuso with 3.0 engine and 1.5ton payload, right now we have a hyundai porter 2.5 tdi but was second hand and now it is giving some headaches...
