- Let’s get to the point: six exercises, working 40-seconds on and 20-seconds off. Go around five times, pushing hard for 30-minutes. It’s going to be tough, yes, but it will burn a shed load of calories and leave you feeling pumped and great afterwards.
For some of the exercises - where a weight is required - make sure you choose something that is hard enough to challenge you, but won’t blow you out too soon. Remember, the aim of this is to complete the 30-minutes.
Ready? Good. Go.
The workout:
1. Push-ups
2. Bicep curl into shoulder press
3. Lateral raises
4. Bent-over rows
5. Strong climbers
6. V-sit/Jackknife

I enjoyed the workout, short, simple, and effective. It's easy to follow along and Bradley is super motivating, love his energy.
After years of neglecting my body, I have tired this for the second time and I am feeling better about getting up to minute 18, last week was first time and I couldn’t handle keeping up past 15 mins, I hope I can continue this and be able to do the whole 30 effortlessly.

I have done this for 6wks/ 5x a week during my lunch break, massive results!

Being doing this consistently for about a month now. I'm 43 have a super hectic schedule and this fits perfectly with that. I combine it with his 30 minute leg workout. This twice a week legs once.
This workout made me realize how weak I am. I was only able to pump out 3 sets the first time but I kept it up and now I’m all the better for it

I might try this with 10kg dumbbell just hope I don't lose motivation to repeat it like with every exercise 😂

Love it! Nice build-up. First couple of rounds were deceptively easy. Then the heart rate continues to climb and you really start to feel it and the sweat starts to pour.

Um yes this would’ve been more effective for most of us without your level of fitness with longer rest periods! I gave up half way through 😂
I put my vidoe to 0.75 speed the first few times. Made a world of difference.
Holy damn first time I got back exercising in 3 years and I died after those 30 mins

this is the laziest workout i have ever seen from a demonstrator, not unless it is supposed to go this slow.

It’s not a hit workout. Time under tension is better. Slow is not bad!!
