The Starfy series however was one of the very few games that TOSE was acknowledged as being developed by them and that’s because the series was not commissioned by other publishers but made by TOSE themselves, Nintendo mearly publishes in behalf for them
You forgot to talk about the post-game content in the Legendary Starfy. Sure World 9 exists to offer more substance by allowing you to play as Starfy's sister; Starly, but World 10 is where the game completely amps up the difficulty curve. Plus there's a secret boss that has some of the most ridiculous attacks, including a one-hit KO homing attack that he spams during the battle.
I've still never beaten the secret boss (Not gonna spoil it for anyone interested). Gotten him down to one health every time, and then he goes Super Saiyan on me.
To be honest the World 10 stages aren't too bad. It's the fact you need to play them almost perfectly to get under the time limit which makes them absurd.
I loved playing this game when I was little! I would play it with my siblings in the multi-player mode. It really did helped us get closer together as siblings.

The game was easy.....but the final boss jesus u had to mash the button SO MUCH I remember never beating the game because I couldn't mash fast enough

You can use your stylus to press repeatedly. Very easy to help beat the asteroid.

I remember doing something similar in Sonic Rush and during intense button mashing my game crashed.
