They also had no internet back then (at least, nothing like the one today). Even without that major resource, the team rocked. It's no wonder Nintendo promoted Iwata.

    A great episode as I expected! :D
Just two minor mistakes: First, Kirby's basic sprites in Kirby's Adventure are exactly the same ones from Kirby's Dream Land, just recolored and with a bunch of new animations. They're the same size. Kirby Super Star for the SNES does have bigger Kirby sprites, though.
Second, the "unused" Kirby's Dream Land Title Remix is used in Kirby's Adventure. It's the last song on the Sound Test, wich you get by beating it 100%. It isn't used anywhere else in the game, tough. And it gets glitch after the first loop.
My guess is that this was the first song coded into the game, probably as a test.

Vincent when kirby has no copied power and is standing, it's the same sprite from Dreamland (the one which shows both of his arms), and when he has a power it's a different one which only shows one of his arms.
And except for the two falling animations, the walking animation and IIRC the ducking animation all other animations are new like flying, swimming, etc

    "Unused, Final"
See now, this bothered me when I saw it. I mean, it's not confusing or anything, but it just looks weird. You're talking about TWO different UNUSED rooms, and you put "unused" for the one unused room, and "final" for the unused room we saw earlier on. That looks weird because I feel like "Final" should be reserved for things that were put in the FINALIZED version of the game, and not used for "finalized" versions of unused content. That final in my opinion should say something else, or the "Unused " should say "Early unused."

I believe him. Smash Bros was always meant to be kind of a slapstick fighting game. Flying off into the distance is a staple in Japanese cartoons. Most famously with Team Rocket from Pokémon "Looks Like Team Rocket Is Blasting Off Again!"

Last Christmas, my five year old Nephew got a N. Switch Lite and a copy of ‘Kirby and the Forgotten Land’ from Santa. This would be his first time playing a Video Game himself, and he picked it up really fast. He ADORES Kirby now! It just goes to show Sakurai’s vision of Kirby being an easy to pick-up, potentially INTRODUCTORY character, that ANYONE can enjoy, was truly realized. Even in the newest games.

I say when your video has more views then your sub count, this is healthy and successful channel!!! Currently you are sitting at just under 300k but the views on this video are way over 300k!!!!! You do an awesome job bro!!!! keep up the work, I love knowing about games that I grew up playing or even too young to play since I was an 88' baby. NES is slightly older than me and I barely knew it. My start was the SNES. I did play NES a few times but never owned one until now. So learning all of these facts about the development of these games is a treasure. 😎😀

either people are not self aware about how dissonant and boring it is to talk about kirby in a documentary tone or some people just don't like you being human, but i like the humor you added in this video!
my criticism is that it could be slightly forced at times and overdramatic, but i think this is a good change in your videos - as long as you keep delivering info in a concise manner. thanks for making an informative vid about one of my fav series! (:
