Finally someone who films the tuck planche from the front!
Yes! Front is so good for assessment and coaching
Thanks so much Paul, I've been unable to do this for ages.
I followed your instructions and did it 1st try lol, unreal, I'm stoked.
That’s awesome!! Great to hear and nice work
This was very well explained, thank you from a first time viewer.
Awesome great to hear
Sir Thanks ❤🌹🙏 this tutorial is very helpfull for me
Glad to hear that
beautiful background
Yes very lucky
Great video. Pure gold as usual. thanks
Thank you 🙏
love it! thanks for sharing this Paul
Great to hear!
Thanks for the tutorial! Lot of valuable tips but as you describe at 3:35 Starting from the squat position knees and hips already where you want them I feel you can work the rest of the elements very well from there, and personally speaking it's mainly the compression strength that's lacking. But you can get your back and shoulders set correctly, concentrate on straight arms with sufficient lean and again focus on the pressure required to keep the tuck tight! I can feel it's coming 👍
Awesome. Yeah my low and mid back is tight into flexion so this makes it harder to get a tight tuck. Let me know how you go
Thanks! Very detailed, profound and full of previous advices. A masterpiece!
🙏🙏 thank you! Was pleased with the new training space as well. Looks cool with the GoPro and blue sky
@@PaulTwyman I do hate the heat and the sun while doing exercises. Even to look at you there make me ill.
Now I have to start no later than 7 to be able to do something effectively. And I probably prefer to be surrounded by high trees.
But when I was young it was no problem to do serious physical exercisew in a desert. From munus 30 to plus 40.
The parallel bars there are perfect exept their high. And wood be excellent.
Wooww i could actually get into the tight tuck planche 😄 my goal is to get my protraction strong enough for hs presses!
Great work
Thank you 🙏
THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH PAUL for this vid. You managed to explain to me the missing link i was searching for, i looks at all my calisthenic pro why am i not progressing on the lean to tuck advance... you stated is to do with pushing UPWARDS and NOT overlean forward! So iam going to work on this.. can i ask where are you base and do you o classes?
That’s great to hear! Yes it’s common to lean forwards too much and not up. I currently coach clients both online and in person. I’m based in Perth Australia. For online coaching details are on my website www.paultwyman.com.au
Great video! How important is it to try and get the pit of the elbow pointing forward or do you just focus on keeping the arms straight? Thanks, Rich.
Thanks ! I just focus on straightening but I really need to focus on it! As my right arm likes to bend. More external rotation of the hands will naturally bring the elbow pits towards the front
Day 1 full motivated full planch traning and next 2 days rest my body cant keepup
Planch is to hard
Yes Planche is hard!
I think if you have one anterior pelvic tilt it,s even harder to du
Yes holding a tight tuck with as much flexion throughout the spine make it’s much easier.
"woah jesus" 🤣🤣
😂😂😂
I can't keep a high hip 🤔
Band assist is a good way to practice the position
