    Thank you Yuri. I really resonate with ur approach to sports and life. And wonderful to have a tutorial from u. I can do straddle, tuck, pike and even firefly press to hs and tight tuck planche but can't do craw to hs. I should be able though right? i haven't worked at it much either but It's definitely on my list.

      it's a different movement, so not necessarily. I'm sure you can learn it fairly quickly if you put some time into it though

    Nice tutorial ! Once I get to the top and I start straightening my arms I simultaneously bend my back and go with my legs in the front wall. Cannot seem to figure out the cue not to bend the back. The push from bent arm must be faulty as you said I don't have to press directly?

    Is the reason of the legs dropping down too fast when aiming for reps is it strength related or flexibility one. I can do the concentric but i struggle with the eccentric part

      probably either strength or technique/placement issue. It's hard for me to give specific advice without being able to see what you're doing
