My guess is $80-85k
One of the Very few clean/professional fabricated rigs I have seen on you tube. All hoses run neatly, zip tied. Wiring run neatly, heat shrinked, zip tied. Professional ! Many rigs advertised by big time fabricators are not to this level. Many rigs shown have hosing and wiring with no for-thought. Looks like a bowl of spaghetti exploded!!!! Might relocate fuel cell for easier servicing. Splendid workmanship !!

This is one of the nicest setups I've seen. It would be perfect for residential and commercial jobs. A few changes that I'd like to see have been mentioned. The gas tank needs to be moved and locking tool boxes installed. Maybe a Yeti cooler mounted somewhere for hydration. Additionally, I'd like to see a camlock banjo fitting on the H2O dump valve so a guy could unfurl a hose and direct dump water away from a job if needed. This setup is my long term goal. More near term I think your dual pressure washer 8' skid is my next purchase as business grows. Awesome attention to detail.

Very well done! My only question is why fuel in middle? It would be a huge pain to fuel. I suggest mounting under flatbed next to truck fuel intake in front of rear wheels. Easy access and saves room up top.
Great suggestion! I’m going to mount boxes. This was a really tight build with only a 9 ft bed.

I will like to know more about the rig on the flatbed truck i been looking for f450 4door with 12" flatbed for my pressure wash rig

Very neat and well done the only thing I see is the 22 gallon gas mount , you have to climb up to fill but so done well
That bugged me too but it will work. It does make it not as easy to get the gas and diesel mixed up.

How does that dual feed to a tee not push water out the other side without a check valve? Nice rig.

For the T on the jobe valve, what's stopping the water from flowing down through the other feed line. Do you have a check valve on the feed lines somewhere?
Good eye. That’s been removed. Each hose has its own inlet
@@ExpertPowerWash Thanks for the reply. Finishing up transferring from an 8ft skid to a flatbed by tomorrow. Plan on doing a ladder rack like you have on this. Anything you would do differently if you had to do it all over? Very clean setup as always.
Now you need to slap some tool boxes under that bed.

beautiful set up! My ideal would be F550 with full cab, 10' bed, 2x10gpm with igx800, 100 slim bleach, 300 slim water, 100slim RO/DI water, softwash gas system (comet p40), 10gpm hot box.
did you all get the truck on auction through govt? and what is that valve you said for the dual feed water hose?
It’s just a tee. This truck was bought off a private brush fire contractor. It was DOT inspected yearly.

Is that 5/8 red hose on that 12" reel? Trying to decide if i need a 18" or 12" for 200ft 5/8 hose
