    Great setup man. Do you think 20 grand for the setup like yours is ok (that how much it would cost on pro wash equipment site). How much if i can ask you spend to build this rig?

    • @johnhall7940
      @johnhall7940  Год назад +8

      My rig is a bit complicated. So there are small things that you don’t have to have.
      I think I spend about 13-14k including the truck.
      20k is okay if you have cash ready to purchase. Whatever you do, do not finance anything. You should only buy what you can afford. I have zero debt in my business. I can’t imagine carrying a monthly payment during the slow season. That would be stressful.
      Building a rig yourself will be very educational. If you go through the hustle of putting everything together yourself. You will be able to troubleshoot every single issue.

      If you are looking for a trailer or pickup truck skid I can build you one with no money down or money up front. You pay in full when you get your equipment

    why ar 30 over the ar 45? The ar30 is pretty much an 8gpm for house wash so that's why I didn't get it the ar45 will wash houses faster

    • @johnhall7940
      @johnhall7940  Год назад

      Its 9.5 GPM. Yes AR45 will wash houses faster and start leaking faster as well. I see too many people complaining about them. The plastic parts are significantly thicker, fewer parts to break, and it gets up to 580 psi vs 290 psi on AR45.
      When you have lichen on gutters that are 30 ft off the ground, that extra 200 psi can help.

      Also, you want to get to the point where cancellations, bad weather and legitimate equipment problems put a smile on your face. It would mean that you can relax, spend a day or 2 with your family and not have to worry about working because you get so much business that it won't affect you financially. When I wake up in the morning and it starts raining like crazy, I enjoy it now. It's Great excuse to stay home and focus on other things.
