- We invested heavily back into our company in the 4th Quarter of 2022. Upgraded from our 7x14 trailer rig to the NPR HD. We have the ability to clean with hot or cold water, High or low pressure depending on what type of surface that needs cleaning. This video gives a look into the set up and design of our wash truck.

We are so blessed. We are so much more efficient and can run 4 guys easily. Right now we are using 2 guys and a 3rd on large jobs.

Nice! I'm trying to make the same switch to truck. I have a suggestion: To make it easier at the rear I was thinking you could hinge your signs and put your surface cleaners up behind the signs. Just my thoughts, great truck and equipment. You might even have room for a tray for one underneath bed. Well, one more suggestion: Pulse pump your 200gx's.
These platforms can be configured lots of ways. I didn’t build this truck. I bought it from a someone that had a large wash company.
I love the truck! They make some really cool chrome big rig style wheel covers, also a Chrome front grille that is a Isuzu option. Would make that pop even more! Congrats!

Homie finishing a 1k job in 30 minutes.
That’s the plan. Get in and get out. Super efficient. Most times when washing we only run the P40 pumps at about 2/3 power and 1/2 power when roof washing.

Do you have a link for the Side LED lights you put on the truck, the bottom side lights, and also the Remote system for the gas roof pumps? I would appreciate it! Rig looks great bud!
We used a local company to add all the lighting. I will see if I can get the brand of lights they used.
That is a fine rig but lots of metal. I'm sure you'll be spraying that neutralizer on it regularly!

Well you gotta spend money to make money. Yes sir. She wasn’t cheap. But consider what we can make in a single day, is absurd. We are thrilled to have it.
With the roof pump can you not just run it in by-pass instead of having to kill the machine? - I'm not saying what you're doing wrong, I'm just curious.. Also, theres probably more upside to killing it since you won't be burning fuel and cycling the pump
So we have 40’ of bypass line and can be off the trigger for 3-5 minutes but if I’m gonna be talking with the customer or needing to do something else, it’s just easier to kill the machine. Keeping the trigger pressed keeps from causing back pressure on the P40 pumps

I put 8 cups into 35 gallons.
for your pressure washers, do you run any 1/2" hosing on the reels?
The first 100 feet is 1/2”. The rest is 3/8”.

I believe the bed is 8’ wide and 14’ long. I will have to double check.

I’ve ran trailers before and decided to get a flatbed set up but yes you have a point if you don’t have a backup.

@@countchungalitus7604 lol 😂 we wash residential and commercial quickly. Always good to have redundancy. A few times I’ve had a machine down for maintenance and still have to be able to work. Hoping to add another smaller rig soon. Thanks for the comment.

Not sure, but we use it to neutralize roof and plants after washing.
Do they get onto you about what runs into the street around there? The local guys dont worry about it. It's not like it doesnt turn to salt anyway, so I wish there was a carve out
