Congratulations Mike! You have produced the quintessential trailer build series to be found anywhere. Your presentation and video editing is outstanding. We are currently adopting your build upgrade to our own. Some of your upgrades are things we will need to grow into but now we have a plan for the future. Can't thank you enough!
Great job Mike!! Damn I wish more people would subscribe. You have one of the most informative and funny channels and you need to be rewarded for that. Enjoy your day my friend.
Nice job Mike ! I'm not an engineer, but...90 degree fittings will add some resistence to the flow and add a few places for potential leaks. The hoses CAN flow very nicely AND be aesthetically pleasing without the 90's. Also...something that I had planned to do, and I saw for the 1st time from Don Van Riper's channel (Super Blast Pressure Washing) was a 15 foot bypass line that ran in & out of the water tank to help keep the bypass line cooler. I'm thinking...a little less hose (or not) and it'll help keep the AR pump a bit cooler.
I have that same concern. The beautiful thing is, I can always change that. And yes, I absolutely love the idea of Don’s to run the hose into and out of the tank. Genius!!!
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! I'm going to start out using the AR45 system and another 8 or 10gpm machine for flat work. Once my marketing is in place and ready to roll out, I'm going to start the build. Again, thank you for this breakdown of your build. I've looked all over YT trying to find the way to plumb this build out and you're the first to put it in a way that makes sense. I too like everything uniform and placed in a way that makes maintenance easier. Kudos on a solid build sir!
thank you for this video. my ar45 arrived today and my remote proportion-er system will be here next week. this will make it much easier to plumb up now. id been lost probably 🤣
Don't put a bulk head for the rinse hose. Keep it where you have it, over the top and in the tank, but add a 1 inch check valve with a hose barb from a big box store at the end of the supply hose. This will hold the hose down, and when you prime the water through the rinse supply, it will stay primed unless you run your tank out of water and have it in rinse mode.
Awesome job brother!! I like it my only suggestion is if you have to move the water line don't drill a hole in the bottom of the tank. Run it over to your white PVC pipe and connect with a T fitting. Other than that it is very nicely done. 👍✌️
Your OCD/OCPD is amazingly pointed out in this video. I'm the same way, well almost! I found some crooked hoses, clamps, screws and brackets in this video. Can you find them? Where's Waldo?? LOL
I know your busy with the build. But are you going to make a video on hooking up the new starter to the AR45. I have one for my pressure washer but can’t really find a video on installing it. Mainly the wiring. Thanks for the great videos.
Mike that looking good!!! I'm doing a gas roof-HW system myself. But doing it the hard way by building the complete system myself. Oh yes I'm cheap but then I know every component. Where it goes and what it does.
Looks amazing!! I honestly don't think you will have no problems at all with the water from the top , mine is from the top as well and it's a longer, longer hose. But that being said. I'm not sure about the "T"
@@TheFreshRinse My only worry would be leaks, I’ve been running AR45s for 3 years. I would recommend getting rid of all the 90s if you have leaks. That’s just a lot of point of failure. Also I would order hose clamps from Panhandle Pressure Wash Supply. Their Hose clamps have a metal band in them that helps prevent leaks.
After having a 12 foot trailer for a while how do you like it? Ideally I would build a flatbed setup but finding a decent flatbed in my budget seems impossible. I am actually looking at the exact trailer you have as gatormade is not far from me. My main concerns are access as I do primarily residential house washes.
Hey Mr. Fresh how has the positioning of the filter on the AR45 been doing? Have you had any problems with priming the pump or is it working as planned? I'm close to installing my AR and Texas Pressure Washing metering system.
Mike, I value your knowledge and opinion as always. I wanted to ask, now that you’ve had the AR 45 for a while, what’s your opinion of it? Would you buy it again? I’m thinking about adding one to the rig but it seems like most people find them to be more of a hassle than what they’re worth. Thanks for any feedback!
Hi Mike new subscriber Herr love the content! May I ask which order of the process you turn off the valve from the pump to the hose reel? My guess is it's to maintain pressure in the reel but is that when turning the machine off or? Thanks
Hey Mike. Could you comment back a link for me of where you bought your swivel for the hose from your ar45 to the reel? I ran into the same problem with being hard to tighten. Thanks
Would rather have it all looped. Yours looks nice but now you have more restrictions and more places to develop an air/ water leak. How wide and long are your signs at the top of the rig? Thanks

Good morning Jason. It’s pretty simple. Just drill the appropriate sized whole and stuff the Uniseal in. It’s extremely snug. You shouldn’t need anything to weigh it down.
@@TheFreshRinse 👍. The whole bypass/plumbing on those is perplexing to me !! If the mix does go through the bypass!! Does that mean you have to flush out the bypass line and the pump after every use 🤔 Looking forward to the next video !!!
