Grease and oil remain king in Chinese cuisine.
The price of salad is twice, four times, or even ten times that of other regular dishes???? Friend, do you live in another China??? Also, Chinese cuisine is very diverse and there are many dishes with low oil content. Why can't you see them? So, I have reason to suspect that you live in China in a parallel world, because of space storms or other unknown reasons, you posted comments to our world!
One guy “no beef lamb or pork”
Other guy “ I eat beef, lamb and pork”
Damn, now I'm hungry af 😭 Imagine a hard training session and then eating all the delicious food you want from the buffet 🤤
I wonder why the guy does not avoid pork, beef or lamb when eating out. Is it because of antibiotics or other addictive?
who the hell is cutting their nails in the background
was someone clipping their nails during Lu's part? lol
It's was Lu's wife
Is someone clipping their nails in the background??
Do the Chinese powerlifters drink protein powder? Or any supplements?
Yes they supplement their bodies with PEDs
Very interesting video!
Hi, I'm from Russia. Is there any way to get the text with subtitles in English? So that I can translate into my own language. It is possible in the form of a link
pause the vid
@@evilyoshida6904 okay
@@nikldj Comrade I mean pause it and then write down the english subs then translate them
There's no text version, I hand-typed in on this subtitle app, and it doesn't have an export .srt or .txt option
@@SquatJerkJournalist Is there any way you could enable an option to add subtitles to your videos so I could make them?
lol, the sound of someone clipping their nails in the back.
It's not just work and dedication and everything that make Chinese Olympians so powerful China has made a big impact on the Olympics just in few years dominating some sports like weightlifting it's because also the government and the state give a big financial help facilities and more
The level of training and pro tips they get and the way they train is far beyond any nation even usa who is a classical Olympic dominant
After seeing that buffet I want to visit the Chinese National Team training center EVEN MORE than ever.
The buffet footage is from the Hubei Provincial Team, I can't find any stock videos of the Beijing canteen, which is said to be the BEST
@@SquatJerkJournalist we await your findings...
They made these physiques without any isolation movements??? Dayum thats impressive
They are lean. Leanness always makes you look good.
0:43 ain’t no way he said “ain’t “ in Chinese 😂, I don’t see lu as a Chinese country boy
That's exactly who he is though. Literally came straight off a farm and weightlifting was his opportunity.
A lot of the lifters come from rural China. It's seen as a way to escape poverty
Is someone clipping their toenails in the background. There seems to be a clicking sound.
They can have anything they want because everything on the menu is healthy lol.
If you don't eat enough and expelled that amount of calories, you just get thing. They are doing the right thing and eating enough and train. I worked out like a beast and only got ripped once I started eating more and more protein plus I felt better.
That food looks so good. Anyone have name of some of the dishes
Many thanks!!!
I completely subscribe to Shi's philosophy of training
Goes to show how good of genetics these guys have. Look how tiny they are but they look yoked with shirts off and lift ungodly amounts of weight with ease. Unbelievable strength
Does that mean genetics are essentially everything? It’s either that or go gear if you are mortal like everyone else
Good genetics to start also weightlifting has been their job since early adolescence
Plus these are the best of best out of more than a billion people. With a selection pool that large, there are more anomalies and extreme anomalies.
0:37, 1:17 there is definitely someone clipping their nails in the background
Haha i had the same situation like Lu 😂. When i was in college basketball team i dont care bout the macro coach said. Just 3 pac of noodles and 3 eggs and it’s done.
Eggs got almost everything you need.
Shi : I can't even out-lift Deng Wei in those Accecories Exercises like Dips .That's prove Shi build Special 🏋♂
I can't believe they forgot to mention the Trenbologne sandwiches!
Stay mad
Shi "all natural" Zhiyong 😂
蔬菜也是carb了啦 和麵食只是復合碳水和簡單碳水的區別
I want to know about his rest regimen and how he stacks his workouts versus how much time off he has to take off (if any) paired with what active recovery he does
They do have a documentary video about the recovery of the national team
people on here talking like they know stuff.
these guys are .1 percenters. they are picked at the ripe age of 5-7 out of thousands of other children and it narrows down even more from there. they live and breathe lifting and are definitely enhanced by the time they go to the olympic level.
you cannot look at yourself and compare yourself to them.... you probably go to a gym where none of the members are comparable to these guys... that's how rare their caliber is.
however, you will find thousands of media that will sell you some magic to look and perform like these guys. it won't happen. i've been training for almost 20 years and have only met a few who are consistent with their craft.. after all, the obligations and responsibilities in life do add up... i just still find time for it and never make excuses.
happy training
He is last three Olympic Game Gold winner. 💪
I eat noodles and buffet at will like them, only I don’t do the training bit 🙂
Tian said they can’t have beef, pork, and lamb while Shi said that’s all he eats? So what is allowed in the chow hall ?
No one is allowed pork, beef and lamb whiles EATING OUT
@@SquatJerkJournalist gotcha, thanks dude your channel is the bomb 💣
Bro how many nails yall clipping the background ? 🤣🤣🤣
With roids who cares about diet, just eat as much as you can and train hard. Let's be honest guys.
another envy bot
Who is clipping their nails in the background
Actual secret to their success: Nail clipping.
wtf is Shi just in keto state all the time? Any downside being in ketosis for a prolonged period of time (years)?
It doesn't mean he is in ketosis, tribes and islanders never reach ketosis for example
I don't think he eats enough fat to be in ketosis
Who's clipping their toenails in the back
Third guy is funny as shit💀
Shi not training his muscles and looking the way he does is absolutely absurd.
Heavy compounds, few accessories, growth hormone, genes
Who is clipping their nails?!
Shi zhiyong talks like how he lifts on stage. Utmost confidence all around lol
