In 2014, the Kansas City Chiefs hosted the New England Patriots in week 4 of the NFL schedule in a game that would later be dubbed "The Arrowhead Massacre."
This game was dominated by Alex Smith and the Chiefs as they easily knocked off Tom Brady and the Patriots by a score of 41-14. After the game many questioned whether this was the end of Tom Brady and the Patriots dominance in the NFL.

***CORRECTION***
1. At times during the video I referred Kansas City as "Kansas". Yes I did know that KC is in both Missouri and Kansas but didn't know you always had to stay it as Kansas City. That's on me! Thought you could say Kansas for short. Kind of like how New Yorkers just say "I'm from NY" and not New York City. Anyways, my bad. Chalk it up to me being your neighbour from up north, hehe
2. Yes I accidentally read KC receiver as David Bowe when I had it written as Dwayne Bowe.
3. And yes, I do recognize Tom as the GOAT but that he's had some things go his way. (tuck rule, Pete Carroll... and of course, Gisele)
Thanks for correcting. Btw no apoligies needed. Most americans dont even know KC is in Missouri.. like Trump when he congratulated the great state of Kansas for winning the SB hahahah
Oooooo boy I heard "Kansas" and was on fire. I paused the vid ready to type a long ass comment. Thanks for clarifying, at all. Some of us KC Missourians take it too personal (ME). I wonder if St. Louis, MO people feel the same about St. Louis Illinois.
I edited this. (Now I know the right name is East St Louis, I'm from KCMO and it hurt me to mess up y'all name, I know the feeling. My b.)
@@StuntzMcKenzy2D haha that's exactly why I'm here. For the record though no one counts kck. It's just Kansas City, Missouri. It's only a big deal because of how much Kansas mooches off of Kansas City.
@@StuntzMcKenzy2D lol sorry.. it really sticks with people down there i guess. just to clarify, so I know Kansas City sits on the border of Missouri/Kansas.. just the Missouri side is called Kansas City and the Kansas state side is referred to as Kansas, Kansas state?
@@ClasherSports we usually say KCK (Kansas City, Kansas) and KCMO (Kansas City, MO). Both are Kansas City but most of things the rest of the country references are on the MO side Royals, Chiefs, music/media, culture. Even though KS has the soccer team and race track Also we have a lil bit of a border war historically and KU vs MU.

@Osamabinlaggin6n What? You know that he played 6 seasons with the Patriots and won 3 Super Bowls and and an MVP after this game right?
@Osamabinlaggin6n Sure he had a bad half in the GB game after an incredible first half. 40 touchdown passes at age 43 new team new coach new system. Stop with the Belichick stuff man. It’s not even close the discussion about who is the GOAT ended after SB 51
@Osamabinlaggin6n No not really, he has so so Wrs when he was on the pats. On the bucs he has a good team but that just goes to show coaching is a big factor if they aren't a better record than 11-5
@Osamabinlaggin6n I don’t get your point. Yes, Belichick is the GOAT. Brady is also the GOAT.
@Osamabinlaggin6n I mean... they went 7-9 last year and the 3 biggest offseason additions was Gronk who was retired for a year before coming back, Fournette who got cut by the Jags and AB who got cut and suspended missing all of last year and half of this year. This team is very talented but it’s obvious Brady has helped boost this team.
Also Belichick is an All Time Great HC (2nd for me) but is pretty sus as a GM tbh.
Since this game, he's gone to 5 more superbowls and 3 wins, won an MVP, threw 466 yards in the greatest comeback in the superbowl and 505 yards the following superbowl. What the fuck...

We’re onto Cincinnati. Pats fans had never seen Bill and Brady so pissed, even after that horrible loss we all knew deep down that they would rip Cincinnati’s hearts out
People don’t understand what happened say “Brady threw 3 picks in the NFC games against Greenbay and still came out on top.” No it was not his luck. You have to understand first Bruce Arian play calling is “no risk it no biscuit” downfield oriented and his quarterbacks are going to throw more picks. Against the chiefs the bucs did much more run and play action which is Brady’s style and he threw no picks. Second, all 3 picks came after the huge lead and it was thrown to great field position. One thing people continue to underestimate Brady on is the understanding of the game. You can quote things like 2-3 picks in a championship game but you can never point out a critical game which he was the factor that caused the loss. He simply makes good decisions all the time, unlike Rogers who’s throw cost him the last NFC Championship.
Def learned it was 85% Brady - 15% Belichick after this year lol
I was there, it was absolutely horrible walking out of there with the chiefs fans. But it was well worth it winning the big soupy later that year. I also got my own redemption on the chiefs fan when I went back to watch Tom Brady won the AFC championship in overtime at Arrowhead. The best.

There is a simple response to this video. Everybody has a bad day at the office. This was Tom’s and the Patriots bad day at the office.
In all honestly one thing I’ve learned about Tom Brady is that you don’t bet against him when he’s so called at his worse or somewhat not playing his best. He’s the greatest football player of all time for a reason. It’s just something about his greatness that cannot be betted against.

POV: I'm telling you to shut up because putting POV in front of whatever you like isn't how that works
This is what I needed to hear. I've been feeling down about some recent weight gain and now I'm reminded that it's not over yet.
Fun fact: that garoppolo Gronk touchdown is the only touchdown gronk has scored that was not thrown by Tom Brady
Oh wow, Brady had the exact same yips that Carson Wentz had this year...Jimmy G was Brady’s Jalen Hurts. They drafted him high in the 2nd round that year(just like Jalen Hurts) and Tom was told to go out and perform with a brand new high pick QB breathing down his neck. Arguably it was worse for Tom, since he was 37 and felt the pressure from the outside world to see him fail to play past 40 at the time. This is what makes him great, he was able to put all this negative mental stuff past him and just simply perform greater than everyone else at his darkest hour. It ultimately became his finest hour.

Look at the fans here. Just a few years later on and I can't say "Redskins" no more. But these fans can chant like a Indian all day. When Natives didn't even do that. Don't get me wrong, just hypocrisy.
It's because Redskin is a slur and chief is not
@@iamnotjcook because it's offensive. My point being, how is what those fans were doing not offensive as well. It's a pick and choose world.
I’m native (Choctaw) and I don’t see “red skin” as a knock. When I get out in the sun my skin gets pink but doesn’t burn....
I turn red.
@@Zman82 it's celebration over a name. You don't see the n word being put on billboards, but people listen to black music and use phrases that originate from them, sometimes erroneously like the chant at arrowhead does for natives, but there's no affront to anyone by chanting vs a literal racial slur on the team.
@@Daytonaman675 Cool. You can choose to feel however you want about what you want. That doesn't discount others that feel differently
All I’m gona say is don’t count Tom out for this upcoming game it’s going to be a good game
I’m from Springfield, MO and went with my friends. Monday night football and Arrowhead broke the record for noise. I was wearing a Pats hat. It was a three hour ride home. My friend was so drunk that he told me he was going to “write a letter to Mr. Kraft about how he could operate the offense”. I was on the ~43 yard line about seven rows up. Go Pats!
I was "on to Cincinnati"
All I can say is that "It's good being a Boston sports fan"... Most sports fans can't even begin to imagine how AWESOME these past 2 decades have been. I don't even know how many Championship parades I've been to since 2001.
