Could he have done that with another team? Maybe. But he DID it with New England. Most quarterbacks struggle to win two rings in their whole career, let alone 3 in 5 years. The only other two who did it were Bradshaw and Aikman. Mahomes has to win the next two in a row to pull that off.

Every time I think Brady can’t add more to his legacy, he does just that. He gets picked in the 6th round, works his way to 2nd string, wins his first Super Bowl with a game winning drive, then does it again in 2003, he wins 3 Super Bowls in 4 seasons as a starter. Then in 2007 he has the best passing season up to that time in NFL history and goes 16-0 and wins MVP. In 2014 he ties Joe Montana and Bradshaw for Super Bowl wins by leading a 10 point comeback against the legion of boom Seahawks and broke the record for completions in a Super Bowl. In 2016 he passed Montana and Bradshaw with the largest comeback in Super Bowl history and broke his own completions record and the Super Bowl passing yards record. He wins his 3rd MVP in 2017 at age 40 and breaks more of his own Super Bowl records. He wins his 6th Super Bowl in 2018, then decides to leave the team he’s played for for 20 years and goes and wins his 7th Super Bowl in his first year with the Buccaneers. Tom’s whole career is just him one-upping himself.

Greetings from Tampa Bay. I grew up in ATL and have lived in Tampa the last 30 years. I have never seen a culture like the one he brings. He truly raises the temperature in the room. The Bucs have given him things that I think may have kept him up there. Any discussion of this is a majestic insult. 10 appearances in the super bowl 7 times victorious.Who the hell is going to deny him that? 71 different pass receivers during his time with the pats says it all. Everyone who said that TB12 was just a system QB who wouldn't have won anything without BB was also proven wrong. He doesn't have an arm for long throws anymore? Thomas Edward Brady Jr. Is undeniably the greatest quarterback EVER. And I don't know why people always down play him. He has shown time and again that he is. Late game drives, Super Bowl comebacks, 7 rings, the man's done it all! He is, as Ray Lewis once said (kinda, paraphrasing, but still along the same lines) the greatest of the greatest of the greatest. Always prove em wrong Brady. Always. TB12

When HOFers and your nemesis call you the greatest, you are definitely the greatest. Brady has the ultimate respect of every single other player in the league and is hands down the most revered player in the history of team sports. Him winning 7 SBs is the equivalent of someone winning 14 NBA Championships.

I agree but I don't think Brady would want to do that anyway. I don't he think he sees himself better than any other HOF or future HOF. Even if they asked him I truly think he'd turn it down and wait 5 years like everyone else before and after him.

People grew up with Jordan, I grew up watching Brady, even though it still hurts to this day he beat my Seahawks, it is glorious watching him. Most people I know hate Brady, either because we lost to him or just because everyone else doesn't like him around here. It's annoying as hell to see people who "love football" but can't appreciate the once in a life time greatness they are witnessing.

When you believe... you trust. When you trust... you respect. When you got both... then it has done become personal.

Not only did he join a new team that didn't make the playoffs the year before, it was during a pandemic where he didn't have a training camp to learn the system and build chemistry with his offense. And, after they win the super bowl going through Mahomes, Brees, and Rodgers, we learn he played the whole season with a torn MCL at age 43 😅

I moved out of the US and lost access to NFL for over 20 years. Then I was able to get it back about five years ago and all I heard was about this "Tom Brady" guy. I started following him and.... WOW!!!! My respect! He is a great inspiration for me in my 60's not to feel old, not to ever give up, not to listen to my doubters and just work hard towards my goals. Thank you Tom. And thank you @dallas oliver for this video. It is now part of my favorites collection. :-)
