    I’ve been fasting for cognitive sharpness that let’s me over come any such thing, when I eat then my mind gets slow and I end up screwing up more and thus more anxious, just started fasting a few months ago and feel soo much better as compared to when I was eating all the time, still gonna experiment with it more tho.
