    Skip knees or sometimes called swing knees is a conditioning drills using your knee strikes one after the other giving you a great cardio workout and also helping you sharpen your spear knees. It is common for muay thai practitioners to finish their training with skip knee drills on the heavy bag, usually between 300 to 700 reps sometimes. Check it!

      You don't do these in a fight. This a conditioning drill. In a fight you would do one of them with power pulling your opponent towards the knee to hurt.
