Great videos! I’d like to see many more of these! Perfect for a quick but intense workout. Very welcome in these days of Corona where I’m lucky to have a heavy bag at home.
Hey bro, just found your channel and absolutely love it. I don’t know if you still make videos but if you do can you please make some more heavy back follow along workouts? Your techniques are spot on and really good learning tools!!!
Great video, the advise Ive been given is to throw the roundhouse like you would a knee only with your leg at a 90 degree angle. Would you agree? How would you describe the mechanics. Cheers
Yeah I would agree with less bent on the kicking leg of course. One thing that I focus on a lot is the right footwork. Without there is no balance, power nor effecient execution of the technique. It hard to describe just with words but here we go: #1 push off back foot/kicking leg #2 step slightly diagonal with your base foot 45 degrees to open you hip. #3 while pushing we extend the hip on the side that is kicking. #4 keeping chin down we extend the arm on the side that we are kicking on. For a counter weight (balance and more power) #5 tilt hip and extend leg at the same time The initial part of the kick is a straight line. We change the direction by tilting our hip making it into a roundhouse kick. Hope that helps 🙏👊
Ironboy Experience thankyou for that. Would you consider doing a rear kick tutorial? Unless Im blind and cant find one from you. Enjoy the breakdowns of ur videos. Im having trouble understanding going from thrusting the knee and to the finish, if ur meant to let the leg go past a point or hold the leg cocked.

@@IronboyExperience Thanks bro!
Make this workout me better in fighting?
Yes the more you train the better you'll be 👊
👍👍👍✊️
Which type of heavy bag do you think is best for home training ?
I really like the feirtex bowling bag. It's my favorite. But if you do not have a place to hang it then a stand alone bag is great too.
