Humble suggestions for the fighter: Don't look down when hitting the bag; keep your eyes up. Also keep your hands up by your chin, especially after roundhouse kicks. Maintain balance after kicks.
I tried this workout last night and all I got to say is thank god for pre workout . Amazing workout I was sweating like crazy and no matter what I didn’t quit .the guy hitting the bag is truly world class and a beast in a good way . I triely believe what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger my body feels great today and I earned my rest .keep it coming coach .

I thought it was all kickboxing for 50 minutes lol I understand that stretching and pre-preparation are necessary, but why do you need abs around the last five minutes? I'm still a beginner at boxing, so I don't understand the necessity.
