This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud home! The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. @@lb6110 The tour was a 3 bedroom, watch again. Chance corrected that by saying the floor plan shown was for a 2 bedroom version in his next video.
How much does this cost?
I could absolutely see myself living in this home. You knocked it out of the park showing us this one Chance. An enclosed laundry area, a pantry, tile shower, separate little dining area, that ceiling and built in fireplace. Wow!! An amazing use of the space. And a very good price.

I helped move and install mobile homes here in Florida for almost 4 years and I can honestly say I never saw a single wide home as nice and well thought out as this one and more nicely trimmed out than high end doubles we were dealing with...I love this home and wish it was mine!

Deer Valley is amazing. Love the ceiling. It's gorgeous. So is the flooring. The kitchen is very nice and love the cabinets. This home is warm and inviting. The pantry is fabulous. It's not often you get a pantry in a single wide. Love the master bath. The colors in this home are gorgeous 🥰🥰

Wow! I cannot believe what they can fit into a single wide now! This is beautiful. Love everything. Living room is beautiful and a good size. Kitchen is gorgeous with huge pantry and lovely dining area. An actual laundry room, master suite with large walk in closet and master bath. This is a WINNER! 😊❤️

This is on the top of the list for the nicest single wide homes. Love that it has a pantry too. Sure have come a long ways from my trailer in the late 70's.
This was exceptionally nice for a single wide....I love the flooring and the fact that the walls are sheet rocked and the ceiling as well. I could live in it and be very happy!

This is one of the most beautiful, homey, comfortable single section homes I've ever seen. I would love this home just the way it is. No tweaks needed! It's lovely! ❤Deer Valley is top of the line every time! ❤

One of the nicest single wides you have shown yet. Nothing like the 12x60 single wide I lived in around 1976. This one was simply amazing! Thank you for showing us.

The two single wides I lived in growing up in the late 70's and 80's were far better with much better layouts. The last single wide had bay windows in my bedroom, open floor plan, big eat-in kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space and a place for either a store bought pantry or a decent sized china cabinet. A nice size main bathroom and a WOW master bath. 3 br, 2ba.The living room was big and you could set it up in so many different ways. Lots of windows throughout. I loved it. When I was in my mid 20's my husband and I bought a single wide. We had two small boys. It was a 2br 1ba but it was specious. The boys bedroom was huge. It held bunkbeds, twin size bed, toy box, easel, a small table with two chairs. It had a built in chest of draws and a nice size closet. Our bedroom held a queen size waterbed, dresser and also had built in chest of draws and still had room to walk. As well as his and hers closets. The bathroom was pretty big. My favorite feature in the bathroom was the mirrors. It had a big mirror in the middle and then mirror on the corner cabinets on each side of the big mirror which made styling the back of my hair so easy. The living room and kitchen was an open floor plan. The kitchen was an eat in kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. The living room was large and furniture could be arranged in many different ways. I love open floorplans! BTW, the single wide my husband and I bought was not new, it was an old model. It was just done right.
I would take that home any day over the 1981 14x60 2 bedroom 1 bath fixer I live in and am redoing. Nice

this is wild, the floor plan for a single wide is very cool. Breaking it apart so that it isn't a big "hallway" you can look end-to-end really makes it seem more than a single.

This is beautiful. It's warm & rustic with a touch of 70s-80s nostalgia to me - but tastefully so. "Refined rustic" might best describe it. Just, wow... Love this home. And it does look like a home inside. Deer Valley did an amazing job designing this one. 💗
It's amazing how far these homes have come. With the layout in this particular home, it does not feel like it's a single wide. It seems much wider. The colors and decor are very attractive and the home seems very comfortable.
Deer Valley sure know how to make a house into a home no matter it's size. They have taken every misconception about single wides and turned it on its head. WOW!😮 This home is beyond amazing.

I have to say, if we were looking for a place to put on a piece of land, THIS would be the house we would get. Absolutely the most functional and nicest single-wide home I've ever seen. To be honest I wouldn't even consider a double or triple. I want the house intact when its moved. Great video Chance.
With Little Houses becoming the rage lately, I've wondered why people haven't looked into single wide trailers. The square footage is often the same, but it has so many more amenities. I'd pick one over a Tiny House every time.

Probably one of the nicest single wide mobile homes I have ever seen. Perfect size for an empty nester
Even for a family. I have 4kids. I’d probably put my 3 boys in the Master and then my daughter in the middle room with my husband and I in the other end.
Oh Chance, showing these amazing singlewide homes just makes choosing harder! I love the rustic wood look, the overhead beams, the kitchen, (especially the double door frig.), even as a single person, that is a must. The pantry is awesome, and I love that there is a dining area. I love that the utiltee room has a door you can shut against the noise of the washer and dryer. The large walk in shower is ideal except for a seat. This is another home that would be just perfect for me.
I find the rustic wood look a bit played out. This has too much of it everywhere.
This is definitely one of the best singles... I would like for u to do more tiny & THOW homes.. 😊
This house is crazy good!! So much in it and it looks amazing. I could see living here, absolutely. It would be a great retirement home, or for a childless single couple, like my husband and I. One office and a spare bedroom for visitors. Perfection! And wow...that ceiling!! 😍
Chance, Wow! I really like the Deer Valley homes. One thing I am so happy about is that the walls did not have the trim piece most manufacturers put in between each wall board. I'm not crazy about the wire racks in the pantry or closets, but that's easily fixed. Great home. 😊

@@kakylong2 thanks I had the volume way down low because I was listening to something else. My mobile home is drywalled too. and it’s a lot better. Thicker walls provide more privacy.
This is a nice one again! You know how to pick em! I love the flooring and wood trims. I have been 3 years now redoing this mobile home of ours and getting rid of the beige I painted it several years ago. I see it's coming back again! Great with the warm wood tones in this home ,though, it's very nice!

I love how the dining area is separated from the front room. It doesn't feel like all one big room now. All the appointments from the outside to the inside makes this home so attractive.

Love this singlewide. The attention to detail is fabulous, love the softened somewhat rounded edge to the exposed wall edges finish. Instead of the normal sharp line/edge it just lends a softness to the finish without being sloppy. The eat in area is very different being set up before the master instead of being part of the living room space and the walk through galley kitchen layout!
That smaller bedroom location is perfect for a home office. Nice price too!

I really love this single wide mobile. I would be just right for me. I really love the wood accents throughout the home. I also love the shutters on the outside.
When I was young and starting my career, from 1986 thru 1993 we bought and lived in a Skyline single wide 14'x'70. It was good living and despite the fact I now live in a contemporary single family home on an acre of land, now that we are approaching retirement, I would give serious consideration to going back to what I always called my fine living mobile home days. (I know they really aren't mobile, but it was in a what was called a Mobile home park when I lived in my single wide back in the 80's and early 90's). This one in the video is very appealing!
You got me, had me believing it was going to be a two-bedroom because in your intro you showed the homes floor plan as a two-bedroom, maybe next time. Only my opinion, I think she felt that some of the decor was distracting. In my opinion the facility was a little too busy, I prefer the more modern design you show some of your. Personally believe if this had a modern look, it would have been knocked out of the park.

I could definitely see putting this on a lot in Florida and there would be plenty of room for the grandchildren to join us during our cold Michigan winters. I think this is the best single wide mobile I have see. The design layout is excellent. I love the windows, especially in hallway! The only thing I would change as a personal preference, is the kitchen countertops. I prefer a solid lighter color. But, it's still nice. I would definitely consider buying one of these. Good job!
No matter how good they make them look, when you buy one and get it set up you are going to find eventually that these things are built using the absolute cheapest materials and are put together as quickly as possible. It seems they push for high output low quality work or do the best you can in the short time you have to complete your part. I am living in my second mobile home and it was not by choice but price and expedience because of a natural disaster. Try having a tub that only has luke warm water and won't drain, a shower you constantly have to unstop. Found out the drain on the tub to the drain pipe is actually above the floor of the tub. You don't find these things till it's too late. My brother bought a double wide after a flood and has had constant trouble with his and don't even think of calling about it. Mobile home sales people are as bad as used car salesmen after it leaves the lot
so you are reviewing your drainage set up and your water tank not being large enough... how is this the trailers fault??
love all the real crown molding and not just a thin board. It is a very nice home , I would make it a 2 bed 2 bath because the small bedrooms ,I don;t think would be comfortable for teenage kids,well not mine anyway,LOL

THIS is an amazing home. I love the use of color both inside and out. Plain white is way too stark and almost sterile, at least for me. I love that kitchen and dinning area. That sold me right there.

Pretty decent for a single wide. I'm not into rustic but with different cabinets, etc I could live in it.
So many things to like about this one. The closest to top of a wish list. My only change would be that all windows need to be ones that open. Chance, you do a great job! 🌞

Super nice but 3 bedrooms make them very small but doable if you must have them. The only problem I see is NO storage for linen in either bathroom or anywhere other than the small utility room. Love the ceiling, the kitchen, pantry and main bedroom closet Not in the bathroom. Definitely a good one.

i bought mine used 2000 for like 2500 bucks 2x6 walls, upgraded from factory 2x4 roof. gutted remodeled front to back just as gorgeous as this home for half the price in the end. thats the way to go its truly yours in the end far as way it ends up

I just love this home. The only thing I would change is to have just one sink in the master bathroom. Maybe put in that space a towel closet. I am single but a couple would love the two sinks. Love this home.
