This is probably the most posh home I've seen on this channel so far. Quite beautiful too. But what I truly loved about this episode was this couple. Their kindness and their story of how they came to be as a couple is simply amazing. And equally touching was how Alan found this builder who seemed to be giving up on his business and the kind words and encouragement from Alan really touched the builder and gave him the confidence to stick with it and build the home for Alan at a heavily discounted price. Really loved this one. Very heartwarming.
I would have liked the step that lines the seating to go out further so one can step up and stay up as you walk across the room, as you really only need to step down to go onto the (eventual) deck, or back into the stairs or bedroom. It's so much space so I personally would like the floor to be level for yoga. As someone nearly 6' tall I would need as much area as possible to get into some poses.
Hey Bryce and Rasa! You were awesome to work with. Rasa is a tornado that comes in and gets stuff done while Bryce brings the calm cool cucumberness. We started at 8am on a Sat , got micd up and straight into the interviewing, it was a wild but super fun day that finished around 5.30pm. The fire scene was halarious and Bryces drone did a great job stoking the fire! Lol Myself and Emily appreciate you and all that you do. I had been looking at designs for 2years, and had even designed 14 different variations of a TH in sketchup, trying to figure out a way to incorporate all I wanted in a home. But after walking through this design at the Tiny Home Expo, I haven't even considered another design since--rather I've shifted my focus from "which design" to "How can I make The Entertainer mine?!"
This is a great story of generous hearts. I appreciated the respect for their faith and expressions of faith, great job Bryce and Rasa. The house itself had really great separation of spaces yet seemed to function and flow really well. Many many years of happy marriage built on a Firm Foundation in your tiny!

Storage is so impt. I dont know how ppl can only store stuff in a tiny house. Most must have a separate storage area, or space at parent's place.

I normally don't care for the modern all black and white, but with all the windows it works here because it showcases the outdoor space. This home is different in all the best ways. The designer knew what they were doing!

I love the design and this sweet couple is correct in saying it feels more like a normal sized regular house!!!! I love, love it! Can't wait to see the future projects after they complete them!
