Audience, Stew I think this was the best track run I've seen you run. The car performance was great with lots of speed and great turn action. Certain things will cause unfortunate events like this one. However, Mr. Miata came to the rescue. Great partnership stepping up to assist, with baby drift master with mechanic work. I believe as you get older, your son will make you proud to drift the Miata if you still have it in your possession. Kudos on drifting!!!

Man that one hurt me and its not my car 😢😂 hope to see more video content soon 🔥🔥🔥 i have a question for you i come from owning foxbody coupes but i want to get a nb miata since youre the only one i can think of having both do you regret working on the miata? Do you prefer it over your foxbody? Whats your opinion on both cars which car would you get rid of? Thanks for your opinions
Ahhhh, i have such a long response for that, let me try not to write a book. The Miata is NOT meant to replace the Mustang. I built it as a seat time car that would be cheaper per track day to run and more simple to work on. Unfortunately I haven't gotten seat time in this car due to engine issues out of my control, that will be fixed soon. If i was to compare driving the Mustang and the Miata side by side, I'd still say the Mustang wins in every category, but i did a really good job setting up the miata and i would say that my build has no major faults other than it's small size. it's cramped inside that car. One thing i will also say about the Miata is that i ended up doing a FULL build on it because none of the OEM parts can really support over 250hp, everything's gotta be upgraded. It was a fun build getting to set up everything exactly how and where I wanted it, but it was still a ton of work, and worth it for me. I considered several other cars before i decided on the Miata. I also have friends that drift stock miatas. I absolutely would NOT. I'm not one of these guys that thinks everyone needs 1000 or even 500hp to have fun, but even if a Miata is good enough to learn on, you're going to end up wanting more, and that "more" isn't easy to come by in a Miata chassis. I hope that answers your question.
@Sgt.Slides make a video out of it hahaha but thanks for the info I ask because I want either a fox coupe or a nb miata dont need alot of hp but I want it to do a bit of everything from drag track drift and canyon I like the miata bc its lighter then the fox and it would be something new to me unlike with a foxbody and it would be newer its just hard to decide bc what you mention about upgrading the miata is true but thanks for your input I appreciate it
@@MZUNIGA012 Yeah, I'll eventually explain, Haven't had much time for YT these days though. yeah, you can drag race a Miata, but you'll be running 17's. I can't really see any fun in that. I hate to talk you out of it because Miatas are amazing wonderful cars, they just arent fast, and if you want one thats fast, it's going to take a lot. Have you considered a z3? Those have a little more grunt to start with and have a bit more potential in the mod department.
@Sgt.Slides yeah they look fun ima look into 2 nbs tomorrow and see how that goes rn I just want a nice cheap car that can do it all when I want to thats why im considering a miata I have a friend that has a fox junkyard and friends that also specialize on working with foxbodies and he drifts them too so I know it will be easier for me to own a fox but I want to try a miata jist dont want to spend 8 to 9k just to not like it you know
