No need baking powder but U need to whisk egg whites like meringue I add 2 egg white to one egg yolk, though I dont have a beater I whisk🙃 with hands

Cook in medium flame. Use just 1 ladle of batter. Batter should not be too thick. Please refer to the consistency shown in the video
