Ingredients;
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk
1.5 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder

I made this today with wheat flour instead of all purpose flour..it turned out fantastic!!! This is the first time I made pancake ❤❤
Here’s a tip : instead of using all purpose flour use self raising flower as it becomes way more thicker and softer , just like the ones in Japan ( I used the self raising flour and it came out outstanding )

I lessen the sugar, used Self-Raising flour and added chocolate chips. They turned out SO FLUFFY and THICK. The best recipe it is. Thank you so much for sharing.

I tried this recipe today for the first time and it turned out great. I used oat flour instead of all purpose flour and it is still as delicious. It will be my go to pancakes recipe from now on😋😄

Recipe
- 1 egg
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 pinch
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Oil 1,5 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1tsp
Take 1/8 cup (2tbsp) batter.
Use low to medium flame.
Wait until bubble formation stop.
Flip it over.
Wait for 1,5 - 2 minutes.

this is the best pancake recipe ever. it makes a small batch of absolutely delicious and fluffy pancakes that use simple ingrediants we already have in our pantry. i have made pancakes using this recipe about 4 times now and they are ready in under 15 minutes. amazing!

pro tip; Instead of adding the whole egg at once, separate the egg yolk and white, add the egg yolk and mixed it with all the other ingredients mentioned in the video and at the end add the unwhipped egg white and your pancake will turn really really fluffy

Wow, i made it for New Year, my family LOVES IT! its so easy, even kids can make this! I just dont have vanilla essence so i used vanilla sugar and left the normal sugar out, when i wrote this my dad said "so Slibella the pancakes were super" A happy new year do everyone!

@@smakash699 for a normal pancake size you can make 3-4 or maybe 5 depends on the size your making. So you may have to use double the ingredients for 2 or 3 people. We were 3 people and two portion of this batch was enough for us.

Just made these wow so good and really fluffy I used 1 cup of self raising flour instead and did 4 plain pancakes and added a few blueberries on the others. So delicious with honey and butter adding to my recipes 😊
Here i am at 42 and just leaned how to make pancakes like Mcdonalds 😂. For some reason, ive always made them homestyle: on high, with lots of butter in the pan and a quick buttermilk box mix. This is definitely a nice change. The key is the extra sugar in the mix and the vanilla 😉. Will definitely keep this in my arsenal. I had to add a bit more milk to mine, but they came out golden and fluffy using this recipe, on medium low heat and using a paper towel to wipe a coat of oil on the pan. Perfection. TYSM!
