Some people are missing the point. The youngest son was the most troubled, which is what led him to sin - he endured true suffering and saw the errors of his way and returned. His turn around is something to encourage and celebrate. The other son seems to have underestimated how much is father is willing to give him and has major Cain parrallel in his character in spouting jealousy
He overstates his own obedience, slanders his brother (who he refused to acknowledge as his brother), resents that his brother was saved (by grace and not like his hard work) and overall fails to live up to his responsibilities as an older heir to keep the family together. He believes he can earn his way to righteousness, and there is no place for the brother who has now realized that it's only through grace we are redeemed. He is a "bad" brother, and story ends abruptly without the audience knowing if they are reconciled.

The parable is about the 2 sons. As the faithful son and his bad attitude. But in listening to this, it shows you The father's attitude...which is God's. When we sin and make mistakes. God is more interested in helping us up and setting us right Not shaming and degrading us. So we can always go to Him for help and forgiveness.
That's right from the first second! Most of my critics haven't even tried to read literature, let alone write prose or poetry..... They're all wrong. Even great geniuses fail, but how difficult it is to explain this to some editors who think that a man is bound to become a master of his craft immediately without proper experience!
✝ We all need a savior. 🙏 Not because you're great, but because He's able.❤ You have hope. 😁😄 Think about it! 😆🤔 Like the constitution, if they can convince you that what you have is from man, then men who think they are great will control you. 👁
“And you were dead in your offenses and sins, in which you previously walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all previously lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the rest. But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our wrongdoings, made us alive together with Christ ( by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus…” Ephesians 2:1-6

This is such a wonderful and heart- touching story of the Bible. But it can easily be transferred to our modern or personal lives, in which a person gets lost after having fallen into depression or having gone through a deep trauma. As soon as he has overcome the trauma and is back into life we should celebrate his comeback just in the same way as the Prodigal son who has always been loved by his father.
What was true about the prodigal is true about everyone of us For we too were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, enslaved by various passions and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, detesting one another. But ..... when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us - not by works of righteousness that we had done, but according to His mercy - through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit. He poured out this Spirit on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior so that, having been justified by His grace, we may become heirs with the hope of eternal life.” Titus 3:3-7 HCSB
What I find most interesting about this parable is that almost everyone exclusively focuses on the younger son. Yes, the younger son is important from the unsaved's point of view, but the older son is also a warning in how us Christians shouldn't think or act towards the sons and daughters that have accepted the Love and Grace of our God and Savior. They have returned to where they need to be and we should be as joyous as our Father for that alone.
Actually what it should teach you is the difference in attitude of those who humble themselves and those who do not, those who are forgiven much and those who are forgiven little. This world honors the extrovert even if he or she is a complete dirt bag. It will not honor nor accept you when you begin to look within. Most people are too scared of what others think or say about them to pursue wisdom. The Highway belongs to the Righteous and Heaven is their kingdom.
Revelation 1:8, KJV: I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. God bless everyone here
The Prodigal Son is a story of how Mankind has left God to seek self. In realising his folly in that without God he can not flourish, Man is drawing back to Him. It also tells of how God reacts to Man repenting of his error. He, with love, will embrace and welcome Him back. He will rejoice for what is dear to Him has returned to Him.
Wow I get why I was sent this message now. I asked why does my mom show favoritism amongst her kid's especially with ME. I'm alway's their helping her and never ask for anything but yet she treats my other siblings better especially for Christmas. She bought them lavish gifts and bought me cheap soap that smells. I was upset with her at first & My energy said it's not worth it. One of her gifts I got her is to small so I took it back so I can get her a bigger size. Than I said NO I'm not. She has asked me about it🤔because the one that is too small is the one she want's the most is it because it's to small🤔Unappreciative as usual. The one that fits her perfectly(Their the same different color's)She barely say's anything and what about the earring's & Other thing's 😒Than my sister who I feel she favors bought me a gift that warmed my heart and made me cry. I can tell she was a little jealous of that, but that's the way I felt it was something I wanted for a long time. So with this, I feel why get mad at my siblings🤷♀️it's not their fault how my mom think's. I'm proud that my sister is awakening I just wish my mom was too🙏🏽Was so upset & realized it's not my sibling's at all. My mom say's she worries more about my siblings they are not as strong in handling thing's like I am🤔So she said that's why she worries more about them smh I still her to know that I need her to strong or not. Needed this message TY SPIRIT

Think about it! 😆🤔 Like the constitution, if they can convince you that what you have is from man, then men who think they are great will control you. 👁
The voice always inspire me. Thank you!
Amazing👍👍💯🤗🤗💞💞
Gospel for today
“And you were dead in your offenses and sins, in which you previously walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all previously lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the rest.
But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our wrongdoings, made us alive together with Christ ( by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus…”
Ephesians 2:1-6

Truth.

I feel this...
In Jesus name amen
What was true about the prodigal is true about everyone of us
For we too were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, enslaved by various passions and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, detesting one another.
But .....
when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared,
He saved us -
not by works of righteousness that we had done, but according to His mercy -
through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
He poured out this Spirit on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior
so that, having been justified by His grace, we may become heirs with the hope of eternal life.”
Titus 3:3-7 HCSB
Amen
Amen❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏
God bless everyone here
Guy Ritchie explains this story very good on Powerful Jre for those that are interested

Words to live by.... words to ponder 🤔
