@@samrinsyed9179 for hand 3sets..each have 20 counts. Total 60 counts. U can take few mins break inbetween each set. For belly she s doing 100 counts daily she said..u can do how much u can. For butt also same 3 sets..each 20 total 60 counts. Hope now u clear about the counts.
