Mother’s Milk!
TORQUE is fast and the furious with motorbikes directed by Joseph Kahn famous for music videos he won a grammy for Eminem without me and Taylor swift bad blood he's worked with everybody from Britney spears to snoop dog Janet Jackson to korn I like cars but I love motorbikes
"no Eminem's white, sweetie" lmao the level of exhaustion in Jen's reaction was hilarious
Reminds me of 13 going to 30 where the main character thought Eminem meant M&M’s
Dang i just realized that is mothers milk had no idea
Had me dying 😂
actor Laz Alonso. also in Jarhead with Jake Gyllenhaal. Voice over in Avatar #1 as Jake Sully's rival/brother to Zoe Saldana
Time stamp?
Fast Five is my personal favorite of the movies and I hope you guys enjoy! Thanks for watching this series!
💯
Fast Five is not just a great F&F film. IMO it's a top tier action flick of all time.
when the twist was revealed that none of us at that time predicted even though it was there from the start..... GOLD
It is most people's favourite
It’s my favourite f&f film too. Truly a f&f masterpiece. It’s also up there with one of my favourite action packed high adrenaline junkie movies. Nothing tops mad max but this isn’t too far behind.
Fun fact: this movie wasn't just Gal Gadot's first F&F movie, it was her very first MOVIE movie. A lot of people forget this was how she got her start in Hollywood films. Also note for the next two F&F movies, Holden: stick around for the post-credits scenes; they tease the direction the franchise will take going forward
Real ones remember her from Entourage
and she still hasn't learned how to act!
@@justjoddat What's the rule of acting that she break then ?
@@justjoddat says the random guy in youtube comments prob from his moms basement.
I knew she looked familiar but I didn't remember who she was till they edited in the Wonder Woman(2017) movie theme.
I think the reason Tokyo Drift is the favorite for a lot of people is because it is mostly about the car culture. While the first and second movie have that as a foundation, the main stories are the police driven ones, dealing with the truck heists and the drug lord, both times utilizing someone going undercover. In Tokyo Drift, while you have some slight aspects of "dirty money making" with Han and DK, it really is mostly about just life in Japan while spending free time hanging out with friends, going to car meets and racing. So I think people who are part of the car culture but aren't robbing trucks with DVD players or transporting drug money connect with it the most.
Yeah, honestly I wish it continued as an anthology series and visiting different aspects of car culture around the world, different "scenes".
Everyone says fast five is where it turns into what it’s become now, but this one really is where the turn was made. They just leaned into it hard in five by turning it into an expanded universe and uniting all of the different characters
Yep this was meant to be kind of a soft reboot when it came out. If I'm not mistaken this is where Vin Diesel got more control over the franchise so you can clearly see Dom become more superhuman from now on lol
I think this one might be the most underrated of the franchise. It is a little too much at times, but it really does feel most like the original. This is also where I think the movies take a real jump towards what they are now.
And it is the second best. It has a good race and a good villain.
Super Spies
Wow I didn't realize there were people that liked this one so much, I put this one as one of the worst in my like rankings. I'll have to rewatch. (I think 3 is the most underrated, people hated that one when it came out)
@@bretthake7713Yup, there are people, including me, who love the Fourth one.
Agreed! This is the most underrated in the franchise. The last F&F with a real race (best race, actually), and like you said it feels the MOST like the original 1st movie which is why I’ve always loved it. Back when Brian was still the main protagonist (with Dom) in this and nothing crazy happens in these films, just LA street-racing and a cop-criminal story.
Jen's "disappointed parent" attitude to Brian and (now) Mia might just be my favourite part of these reactions.
Lmao! Loved how you kept putting on wonder woman theme when Gal Gadott showed up. Cracked me up every time! 😂😂😂
loved how he muffled it when she got in her car
Her voice was annoying in this one glad her voice got deeper somehow
@@theformoverfunction yup that too 😅👍
I was about to comment this😂
I honestly forgot Gal Gadot was in this film. Damn, she looks young and a lot thinner.
I would say Fast&Furious is like an Epilogue/Prologue movie. The end to the original franchise and an intro to the new one to come.... you can really feel the tone-shift in this movie
Fast Five really launched this series into a mainstream action franchise. It's like a perfect summer action movie. Hope y'all enjoy it
Christopher Nolan is a fan of the F&F franchise and he mentioned while the first film is his favorite he has a soft spot for Tokyo Drift.
Was Mia really a “good girl”? She definitely had first hand knowledge of Dom’s criminal activities. She aided and abetted his efforts to evade law enforcement. There’s a reason the FBI brought her in for questioning.
I think it was clear from the first movie that she would do almost anything for her brother.
It's FAMILY.
@@LoveableNiki oh I’m not complaining about the character being loyal to someone who looked after her as much as Dominic did. But I just don’t necessarily agree with the characterization of her as being a “good girl” up until the moment she helps Brian spring Dom from the convoy.
@@mikeburke8772 I would disagree. We saw her arguing with Dom at Race Wars in The Fast and The Furious trying to convince him to call off the heist. This was due to Jesse riding off and the truckers arming themselves. She couldn't tell Dom what to do, but she was not involved. Yes, she was guilty by association. She was not doing to turn her back on her family even though she did not agree with his actions. I think she maintained her "good girl" status in that.
"he aint gonna be in fast and furious 5" rush hour joke noted and appreciated. and the reason Brian broke Dom out at the end is because the government didnt hold up their end of the deal.
This is Gal Gadot first movie in her entire life.
Facts
That wonder woman song was perfect 😂
Can't wait for fast 7 reaction 😭
“Eminem’s white sweetie” 😂 Holden is hilarious
12:10 “Eminem is white sweetie” 🤣🤣
"But Brian took code when he joined the FBI"
Dom: "I don't need code. I got family!"
We need her to wear a shirt that says " getting real tired of your sht hardman" 🤣
10:51 I’ve always loved how Brian takes him down in this scene 😄
Fun fact this was Gal Gadot’s first ever acting role. That’s one thing I end up loving about fast and furious is how they have given new actors a chance to shine. A lot of the cast have gone onto big things outside of these movies
she's come a long way as an actress
@@marlonclark-pp9wgfr tho
Honestly so hyped for you guys to be watching these, the more the franchise goes on the more wild it gets but if you remember to not take it to seriously then you will really enjoy them.
Fast Five is the best, and number 6 is bonkers in the best way, while also tying ALL of them together. From number 6 and beyond, the biggest inspiration to the franchise is ...Avengers and.. soap series/bollywood movies.
Man shat on Bollywood but I don't care even though I am indian and it's the truth
I actually liked the aggressive approach Brian had chasing the guy on foot and feel that was very underrated within the film.
Really sets the tone for Brian. Reminds you how aggressive and reckless he is. Dude has no self-preservation and is lucky as hell, but that's how he makes it alive through all these movies.
Fast Five imo is easily the best one of these movies. I look forward to you guys watching the next one.
I feel like Fast & Furious deserves the praise that Tokyo Drift gets. It has a lot of great callbacks to the original movie. My favorite has to be the race between Dom and Brian. Brian learns his lesson from the first movie by holding back on using his nos until the very end, yet he still loses because Dom "cheats". A little sad this one seems to be the least-remembered of the franchise.
I can't wait to see your guys reaction to the next one! It's my personal favorite one out of all the movies!
Fast Five is definitely the best one and can't wait for next week! And goddamn, comment of the day!
Was going to comment then forgot, I think the reason why Tokyo Drift has gotten such love in later years by certain movie fans. Is because Christopher Nolan unashamedly thinks it's the best movie in the series. And that gave people who had turned their backs on the movie originally, license to like it.
It was never my favorite growing up in terms of the movie itself. The only character that was interesting was Han. But I think where Nolan is right is that it has the best stunt driving in the entrie series. Because most of it is actually real.
When I started driving me and some friends might have taken our cars and have one be the look out so that the other could practice drifting during the winter. Until our parents realized what was happening to our tires 😅
Granted was not a smart thing, but it did turn out to come in handy once in my life. Had a firetruck and an ambulance right behind me and there were too many cars coming for me to slow down and let them go past me. So I decided that I just had to trust that the sirens were important, and that they would appreciate the effort and not report my liscence plate. Ended up driving at over 85 miles an hour before we got to the area which has an exit I could drift safely into. The ambulance was right behind me the entire time except for when I signaled that I was getting off the road. It gave me some room. And the firetruck was behind just enough to where I could see one of the firefighters giving me the thumbs up and a nod of appreciation.
So lesson kids don't do stupid things just because a movie says so, but if you do practice in a safe location where you can't crash unlike the movies :p I know it sounds like a made up story, I still can't believe it actually happened. It's one of four times in my life where I've actually done something cool, and not sure I ever topped that. Never felt such adrenaline ever since that's for sure.
Bringing back the original cast of the first film for the 4th was a major shock to the system.
The tagline alone:'New model, Original parts' was too good for marketing.
This was the grittiest of the saga and a major step up from F1.
Serious drama, good action, great driving and no games allowed in this scenario.
Gal Gadot as Giselle makes her acting film debut.
Nice addition to the saga.
IRL, she was a veteran supermodel and ex-military in her home country of Israel.
The 'Los Bandoleros' short film, directed by Diesel was good for expanding the story.
All about Dom and his newest crew after the events of the first film.
It was available with the movie after home release.
When it comes down to it, the bond of these original characters (Dom, Letty, Brian & Mia) was and still is the core of the Fast Saga.
After this one, everything changes.
I do mean EVERYTHING!!!!!!
7:44 Don’t forget that he worked with the FBI in 2 Fast 2 Furious and they wiped his record. So basically he was good especially after they caught Verrone.
Omg Holdens Narrating in Dom’s voice the whole time had me laughing so much. I feel like you will like the rest of the movies just remember they do get more action packed. It’s a fun turn off your mind set of movies.
I am actually not sure whether people like this one or not, but this is one of my personal favorites! I just love how Brian and Mia re-kindle their relationship and I also like the fact that Brian once again switches sides! I also like the story, it may not be good to others but IDK I just like this one!
It is actually so entertaining and much fun to have your reactions to this franchise. 😊
Would love to also see Triple X (xXx), at least the first one, it also has Vin Diesel and is a secret action treat.
Or "Megan Leavey" and I will ask for this 1000 times more, because it just fits Jen 100%!! Female in US Military and the movie is about dogs, what do you want more? 👀
The Wonder Woman themes... I forgot that was actually MM there lol. Anyways, thank your for this! ❤
"Eminem's white, sweetie."
My drink went through every pipe, except the one it was supposed to. 🤣
Tokyo Drift is really loved because it's just the last FF film to focus on racing, and every film afterwards becomes a superhuman team. Also, that Tokyo Drift theme is a banger and gave us so many memes lol
Also I remember when this was coming out, this was the advertised as "The gang is back", because it's been about 7 years since they've all been together.
Don't lie it's not loved because of the racing expect
from what ive read people dont like the writing in tokyo drift, they like the car culture and how drift is portrayed
That is indeed the actor who portrays Mothers Milk in The Boys. Also the guy who Brian has arrested and takes his place in the job is the Voice Actor of Beast Boy from Teen Titans and Teen Titans GO!
man y'all haven't even begun to see over the top when it comes to this series
Did ye watch Los Bondelores before this? There is a 15 min mini movie on how they are in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴
Make sure you watch the post credit scenes for Fast 5
This is one of my favorites in the franchise, and kinda before they started getting more ridiculous and James Bond-like. Plus being a Buick T-Type owner the GN in the gas heist scene is 😎.
Fast & Furious for all its flaws is probably the start of a great series similar to how the Star Trek movies hit a stride with movies 2-4. Fast 5 is considered by many to be the best in the series, and is also the point at which you need to consider how much suspension of disbelief you have before going into 6 and beyond where you need more and more with each movie. But it’s still (up to Fast X so far) a lot of fun for a franchise.
This One was Better than the 2nd and 3rd Movies! Also Fast Five is the One Where All of Them Come Back!
I love how Jen is usually 'everyone has their bad days' when people *cough*Anakin* do horrid things, but when Brian rebels against the police/FBI she's super disappointed in him 😆
This movie is when the franchise began the turn into what the next few movies ended up being. It kinda acts as a continuation and soft reboot of the franchise without changing much. It’s not people’s favourite, it’s kinda there to reset/ bring things together because the previous 3 were so disjointed. Also when Vin Diesel started really having input as a producer.
Ps… Holden’s birth control joke is hilarious… iykyk
Shout out to Jenn for peeping one of the Salamanca twins and Laz Alonzo aka M.M. from the boys. She’s the MVP of the episode for sure😂
We don't know much about Brian's backstory but he always felt like a man with nothing to lose and no purpose.. probably why he joins the gang.
I’m disappointed y’all didn’t react to Los Bandeleros before this 😢
the wonder woman bits 😂
The dude at 14:46 is Greg Cipes he is mostly a voice actor known for playing Beast Boy in Teen titans and Teen Titans go.
Saw all of them in the theatre I love telling people I saw gal gadot first in f and f they look at me like I’m crazy lol
AMAZED that actually was M.M (also the eminem joke made me laugh). Dude literally looks nothing alike his character from the Boys, and he's so much shorter!
Mia is too much of a woman for Brian to keep being on the right side of the law....
I'm like a quarter of the way in and the letti puns are flying. I hope this keeps up all movie lmao 🤣 🤣 🤣
Kinda annoying
Just assume there's a post credit scene on all of these from now on you missed this post credits
“Holden Thomas Hardman” never gets old when he’s in trouble for saying something and that gets yelled by Jen 😂😂
14:15 - Jen is completely right with the actor that played Fenix - it is the same actor as in The Boys "MM" - very good call Jen!
THIS WAS GAL GADOT'S FIRST MOVIE!
The Wonder Woman music kicking in had me rolling!
can't wait for you tu get to the next one. its peak of the series before it devolves into a cartoon
Brian was already trying to become an FBI agent in the first film and was on a combined lapd/fbi task force.
I wanted to leave a quick comment saying what MrHale said was wrong. The worst reviewed Fast and Furious movie by critics is this one with a RT score under 30 percent. The only FAF movie with a score under 30. The worst reviewed by audience score and the only one under 60 is 2 Fast 2 Furious. Which is my personal favorite LMAO. I think the best is Furious 7 tho.
The Wonder Woman theme blasting in Gisele's car was a nice touch (^_^ )
I think your “comment of the day” is way off base. I enjoy both ‘Tokyo Drift’ and the other “Fast” films. But what do I know . . . I enjoy Star Wars AND Star Trek, so . . .
PG-13 usually get one f bomb but Terminator 3 got 3. 2 in the same line lmao idk how they got away with that. Also King's Speech had several during King George's speech therapy scene
LOL IT THAT MM, NO EMINEM'S WHITE SWEETIE!
Fast Five is one of my all time favorite action movies! Make sure to watch the scene after the credits!
Ok… kudos to the editor. My favorite moment was the muffled sound of the Wonder Woman theme as Gal Gadot drove away. Chef’s kiss!
I am so excited for you guys to watch Fast Five. I think it is the perfect combination of fun and excitement!
Fast five was made in my country, gave us the famous line "THIS IS BRAZIL"
I like how you were fully commited to the.. " Eminem's white sweetie" 😅lool
22:52 I lol'd so hard at the muffled wonder women music when she drove away xD
Tokyo drift is the only one that actually deals with car culture way back in those days. These movies very quickly became just another generic action movie series
Looks like they forgot to watch Los Bandoleros before watching this. Its another prelude and makes the beginning of this movie make more sense
This confused me when I first saw it but 4 continues the story of the 2nd film.
HEY IT'S WONDER WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lol. Liked the ad of the Wonder woman theme.
You missed an opportunity to play it when Vince saved her from getting hit and they looked at each other.
Fast five is my favorite movie in fast furious franchise I'm waiting to you and your wife reacting love you peace ✌❤😊
Fast five is the best one after that it kinda goes downhill especially after 7
Yeah the franchise should have ended at 7 due to pay to honor to Paul Walker.
26:12 Bruh his code is FAMILY.
12:05 "Is that MM?"
"Eminem's wife honey...."
OK that was funny
I'm very excited you get to watch 4-10 and hobbs n shaw, together for the first time.
Fast Five is my perpetual favorite you’ll see why soon enough. Also there is an after credit scene in Fast Five
There was a milk tanker here recently that flipped over a concrete barrier into the river without taking out the barrier so I guess they can bounce
11:35 Fun fact, the guy you asked whats wrong with his voice, is the voice actor for beast boy in the Teen Titans series.
Going forward, most of the films have extended editions. Just so you know.
F&F movies are my favorite but damn am i completely missing what Dom did to get 25 to life
I liked the first 3 movies the rest were Marvel action hero kinda shit.
Fun fact about Laz Alonso (MM), he's also Tsu'tey in Avatar.
The Letty Puns Holden bro….🤦🏾♂️😂😂😂
Brian never stopped being a cop. He was undercover in ‘2 Fast 2 Furious’.
I think we need to start having a dad jokes counter now for things like the ‘can’t letty her go’ jokes!
the muffled wonder woman music as she drives away....hilarious!
Bro the muffled wonder woman theme as she was driving away fucking rolled me lmfao
I want to see Holden and Jen react to Baby Driver. Baby Driver is a peak masterpiece
Something that was pointed out to me recently (which I may have heard of before, but forgot), was that The Fast & The Furious (2001) is pretty much the exact same movie as Point Break (1991), starring Keanu Reeves. Once I see it, I can't unsee it. Either way, the first one (correctly) slightly better than #4.
When I saw their reaction to the first movie, I actually realized it. Mind blown
I put that together before leaving the theater in 2001
Fast five is definitely the best one be prepared😈
This one, 5 and 7 are my favs. I think this one is slightly above
‘Don’t Letty go!” 😂 I’m unsubscribing 😂
