This is an absolutely brilliant song from a Christian perspective! It reminds us of where we are to return to. Genesis 3:19 “By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return.” It’s an absolutely beautiful look in the final moments we have before we cross over!
I love it, I've been following this band since I heard them I love bands that not only can play but write great lyrics thought provoking this line in the song wow "Of things ephemeral and things that last The hourglass runs out we know not when To meet the Maker when our times as come to an end " I just love that phrase in the song brilliant !!

If you time to spare Matt Smith has a side project called Project Aegis. He creates singles with proceeds going to various charities.
