  • It is based on three methods of basic coating of gingerbread: contour filling, contourless and primer.
    The first method (contour fill) is used for flat gingerbread cookies of any shape as a background or main fill.
    The second method (contourless fill) is mainly used for curly gingerbread, toppers as a background. You can easily transfer a drawing to it for further painting the gingerbread. And also if you do not need a thick layer of glaze.
    The third method (primer) is used mainly for gingerbread postcards, as well as for textured coatings, such as wood or plaster, etc.
    All these methods can be applied to any kind of gingerbread, if necessary.
