I have a problem with back ground glare while tig welding I can see this as a big help. Might get one to try

Hi - if you wear glasses there is another model that you can wear glasses with and this one requires a special set of lenses that fit in side so please check

Yes - but do wear the rest of the protective clothing as necessary

I would not advise welling overhead with stick or Meg with this this is more for a pipe welder to get his head in a very tight position it's not a shield that you would use all day every day only in certain situations
