    It would be nice to see more with this guy. He's got a lot going on, and it would be nice to learn more from him.

    Lot of work making all that happen. I thought he might be doing the thin crust Chicago is famous for. I think for a food truck pizza it would be nice to do the thin crust parbaked so when orders come in its ready to top and throw in the oven. He would need a gas fired oven though so he could regulate the heat to around 650 or so for the thin crust. Woodfired is tough to regulate heat.

    I agree with the other guy 20 to 35 events a week BS two pizzas a minute that thick BS just a lot of smoke

    how the hell do people like their food? ive had their BBQ pizza and it was terrible. no flavor in anything, along with their meatball sandwich all around a bad place

    As far as I am concerned those "food trucks" are sitting there and not active and not making any sort of revenue pretty much pointless weird flex but pointless if they sit and are not making sales in my eyes you can have those out making you $$$ everyday.,
