Tony I've been waiting 5 days now. No email or phone call . When I signed up there were no issues. Approval process is it longer than 2-5 days ?
I have a payment issue with amazon relay, i've being pulling loads for amazon for about 2 months already but i have not received any payments yet, they keep saying bank account is invalid. There is no support number to call, everything is done through email, i dont know if i should dispute those payments, the thing is that there is old payments that i cannot longer dispute, but in the app still shows as "pending payment", only the first payments shows as "rejected payment" . I already put a new bank account and still waiting for a response from amazon, do you think i lost that money on those weeks i cannot longer dispute?

Just found out the news, Amazon now requires 6 months of active authority. I signed up 8 days ago, just my luck....

Hey Tony, a video idea for the channel is how to renew your insurance with Amazon. Apparently, there is a multi-step process from updating in the App, having the insurance email a COI to RMIS, creating a case for compliance to confirm the insurance and communicate any delays (as compliance does not reach out proactively), and if the carrier changed insurance companies or insurance levels making sure the MCS-90 of file with FMCSA is updated in a timely matter to prevent Amazon suspension & or DOT Authority suspension. Your channel is a host of good information and this topic could help many people who are on board with Amazon. An interesting bit of information learned yesterday on the Amazon Chime call every time a carrier hits the save button on the insurance update page in Realy, it restarts the clock for Amazon to complete the renewal process.

Hello Tony. So I started my authority back in April this year and Amazon denied me not sure for what reason and I did have everything to their requirements. So I deactivated my authority and went to lease on a company. Now I'm thinking about try again and reapply but not sure if Amazon will allow me to reapply again after my first denial 7 months ago.

Hello I'm having trouble with Amazon carrier verification process it's telling me im not authorized for property and that I need a rating of satisfactory, none or not rated but when I check my FMCSA profile I have that and I am authorized for property

Hello Tony we just canceled our Amazon account and we sent a letter to the fmcsa to lower the insurance from 1000,000 to the normal 750,000 but ,now we want to haul loads to Canada and they required 1,000,000 we sent another letter asking ride the insurance but they denied that request so now I don’t know what to do

Hi, I did dispute on rejected because this load was cancelled by Amazon and we got rejected I don’t know why so what I did file a Performance dispute and we was have blocks for tomorrow but we find out is was all the 11 blocks is market to rejected and when I call Amazon support they says it’s been suspended from the carrier. I want to know is this happened because I did the dispute or is from them please advise thanks

Yes, but you will need to pay for insurance for those 6 months to keep your authority active.
Sadly Relay is not worth it anymore. Probably better off with Convoy or Schneider at this point.
I like suggesting Convoy and Landstar.
