Thank you for this information. Amazon Relay is saying I'm not in compliance. I sent the message that you said to send them. Hopefully Amazon will update quickly. My authority has been active since the 5th of this month. I also have my insurance with Progressive. Progressive knew exactly what I needed for Amazon Relay. And they sent my BOC3 the same day I purchased the policy.
Progressive doesnt do your BOC-3. Be sure you complete that on your own.

Very informative. Question, does "Amazon" require the cargo coverage? Also do you know if they require endorsements on the commercial auto ? Example: is Waiver of subrogation or additional insured.
They do require Cargo yes. They do not require WOS or AI

HELP Trying to apply for relay! After inputting DOT & MC it says i don’t meet requirements for “carrier with operating status of authorized for property” BUT on safer i am a carrier with status of authorized for property.. what do i do or who can i call???

Its a pretty common issue, but this should get it squared away.
Hello: My authority shows AUTHORIZED FOR Property, instead of shows active is that would be a problem for amazon relay.
Yes thats the same. There are multiple places to look. If you're on SAFER and check the Company Snapshot, it will show "Authorized for property." You can also check Licensing & Insurance and it will show "Active"

I’m having the issue with “safety rating of satisfactory none or not rated? What do I do about that?
That would mean that your DOT # has an unsatisfactory safety rating. You have to wait until your safety rating is improved. You can hire third party companies to help you improve your safety rating.

Hello trying to sing up at the moment , but once I type in my dot and mc it tells me this carrier is not authorized for hire or something like that and I cannot proceed .

Hello, I submitted my application and they have not called me for 2 weeks now. They do not have a call back number and their emailing system is not helping. Any advice?
Even though I have all the Amazon relay requirement I keep getting the same generic response from onboardingwithrelay saying my insurance is verified. I don’t know what to do. I tried everything, I even asked if they could delete my application so I can start over, same message. Are they full?
No, they are not full. Have you gotten the onboarding call? If you miss it, you can get denied.

I had an issue getting past the first step, MC and DOT #'s. They said that I was not "Authorized for Property" but I looked at my MC authority page and it states I am authorized for property.
Is there anything that I am doing wrong?
Also, if they state "your company does not meet one of the following requirements..." is that considered a rejection or does that mean to fix the problem and reapply?
You aren't doing anything wrong. It just means that your MC # isnt updated in their system to show active. If you follow the steps in the video for contacting them, they will correct it. About 50% of people run into that recently.

You can do it with a DBA but I would definitely setup an LLC or some sort of corporation. It used to be pretty common to setup as a sole proprietor but these days everyone you work with and all the companies you'll use want to see that you have an incorporated business with an EIN.

My app got rejected several times.. after talking to rmis and my insurance agent several times my insurance is perfect.. I been doing relay under someone else authority for a year… also has a friend that finally got accepted after several tries.. The problem is workers comp.. even it’s just you they want u to protect yourself.. as a late it’s been a requirement I’m currently taking care of mines.. worker’s comp also is attached to your certificate of insurance on RMIS…
Workers Comp is only required if you have W-2 employees. If you are by yourself, it is not required.

my direct deposit verification failed. i switched to factoring.
I think my telephone number isn't correct and I missed the calls, the site won't let me put in any information to correct it, my number is also different with fmsca and I can't change it with them I've tried
You have to change it via the MCS-150 form with the FMCSA. Everything has to match or you will get declined.
If you edit the application while its pending will it hurt anything?

I keep getting a message from amazon stating that my insurance isn't compliant but my agent has updated everything. This is the message :Our third-party compliance partner has been unable to verify the following coverage(s):
$1M Automotive Liability >>>>>>> Our third party only verified $300k
And my agent seems to be clueless. And yes I have progressive. I looked at the policy everything is correct.Please advise.
Have you contacted RMIS? You need to give them a call and verify your coverages are being reported properly.
My authority is contract and broker but not common. Is that a violation? 7:00
I've had over 37 emails with amazon and 2 phone calls. they all say Contract is allowed, I can't figure out whats making the system error out

You must contact amazon and ask them to reopen your application. Check with your agent as well to verify they sent in your info correctly.

I'm going through the same thing you are, I got the same message and I have the right insurance requirements. Now my application status say my application is under review, in the beginning it said under review for insurance. Also the message keep saying one of their representative will contact my company by phone and or email to verify company information. They have called or email me. This week will be 2 weeks. I got progressive straight from them, I was denied from Amazon relay, as usual it didn’t say why, I realized they got my company name wrong, I called them to fix it and tried again with amazon and was denied, how many times can I try to apply?, how much u charge for managing my insurance? Maybe that will help things having an actual agent relay can call straight up. Thanks for the video and ur time

ok my company is set up through the FMSCA as Carrier/Broker, does amazon not allow that because we meet all requirements and they will not let me proceed past the first set of questions stating that we need to be carrier entity and we are. i cant find any help with this issue and i would like to get this resolved quickly. My application was denied and I'm not sure why. Amazon said they called me but I never received a phone call from them. All I received was an email saying that it was in the best interest to not move forward with my application. I have all the necessary paperwork and insurance in. Do you have any suggestions?
If you missed the call, you do get denied. they usually try to call twice. Have you reached out to their atscompliance@amazon.com email? You can email them and apologize for missing the call and ask them to setup another call.

Keep getting denied. Confirmed my FMCSA account is all good. It's been about 6months. Keep getting denied. Contact us messages unable to send. Always gives me an error. Unable to get hold of anyone. What about workers comp
It is only needed if you decide to expand and hire additional drivers as W-2. Keep them as 1099 and you won't need WC.

The details of our investigation that drove this decision will not be shared as there are no opportunities to discuss or dispute. This decision is the result of extensive review and our direction is final. Please note that continued attempts from your company to dispute the matter will not change this decision.”

Progressive told me that there is no agent. They gave me a generic email but no name for an agent and Amazon keeps rejecting because of this. Is there any other way to get in touch with an agent direct?
You have to have an agent to work with Amazon Relay. When did you purchase the policy?

They said they called 3 times and i had scam block active and because of that i was denied.
Yep, super important to not miss that call. You should be able to email them and resubmit your application. It might just take a little bit.

This is the same issue as the system not being updated. Go through the ticket system in the video using "Contact Us".
