Great video review once again. You know I like this style of review. I already have the 24mm G Master, the most recent upload on my channel was solely shot with it. But I must say, this review made me want to purchase another.
Great video - subbed and liked. Did you use the Sony 24mm G Master to shoot the 'talking head' part of this video? Do you use this lens for your other videos on this channel as well? Thanks and keep up the great work!
your way of reviewing the products is one of the best... you have potential of million subs or more ... good luck .. and yes never forget your first 1000 subs ... since i am one of them ;)
Wow, that's some pleasant and refreshing video, A+ !! Looking forward for others. Would love to see some snippets of that camera girl on the roller (?)'s film recording results, btw.
Nine Stories, I think you have done a fantastic job showcasing the low light capabilities of the new Sony 24mm F.14 GM. I liked the video and subscribed to your channel. Do you think the low light capabilities of the 24mm F.14 GM outweigh the 16-35mm F2.8 GM for outdoor low light video conditions drastically? I do a lot of low light virtual walk tours with the 16-35mm F2.8 GM right now (Using A7iii body + Zhiyun Crane 2 Stabilizer). I usually set the focal length to around 17mm or 18mm to compensate for the Sony 4K video crop and Adobe Premiere software stabilization crop while still providing a true virtual wide angle experience. Despite being absolutely blown away by the 24mm F1.4, I am concerned it is simply not wide enough for my style of videos. I definitely welcome your opinion if you know any better alternative. Anyway I would greatly appreciate if you could check out my recent videos and provide HONEST feedback. Subscribe if you enjoy :)
Hello I came across your comment I am trying to start real estate photography and instead of buying the Sony 16-24 f2.8 because of the price point do you think using the 24mm F1.4 would suffice? It's hard to find specific info when my budget doesn't allow me to purchase all of the equipment I need quite yet. Any insight helps thank you!
Thanks for over all, it’s a great video what’s the better lens : the Sony 24mm 1.4 or the Zeiss Batis 25mm f2 ? I saw the two of the Zeiss can you help to decide. 🙏
Thanks so much! If you’re a photographer predominantly, I would go with the Batis. If you do a lot of video and have need of manual controls, then the G Master is for you. Check out the comparison review of them both on my channel!
Fantastic RUclips! If you are sharing how to make RUclips like this RUclips, that’s amazing. Also can you share your view of comparing this 24.4 gm and 20.8 g len. Thank you
It will be close. Something like 26-26mm. It won’t be an exact replication of the lens’ angle and pleasant distortion, but definitely close. That Sigma is a great lens, too!
Very smooth video. Fun to watch. Really enjoyed it.
Thanks, Gerald! I appreciate that greatly!

Thank you so much! Actually, I shot the talking head portion with the Sony Zeiss 50mm f1.4 Planar. Thanks for watching and subscribing!!!

Thank you! I’m thinking about doing that very thing!
I'm thinking about it ... Will you sell the Sony GM 24-70 2.8 to get this SONY GM 24 MM 1.4?
I would much rather have primes, so yes. I love the 24mm F1.4/85mm F1.4 G Master combo. It’s my favorite
Probably your best vid yet!
Thank you so much! You’re awesome!
If I use sigma16mmf1. 4 on apsc crop the focal length is it gonna be like 24mmf1.4 ?

3:16 I don't think it has any stabilization built into the lense. That would have been great If it did though.
It does indeed have body-integrated image stabilization. www.sony.com/electronics/camera-lenses/sel24f14gm/specifications
Thanks for watching!
Steady shot is only in the camera body. If there isn't a switch on the lens for stabilization then it doesn't have it. Keep up the good reviews. 👍🏾
Thanks so much!
Amen amen 🙏 amen
I predict you get more subscribers etc after this video.
Thanks, Professor!
Hilarious!
