she has no right to his pin code, and he has no right to hers, for goodness sake you don't own your spouse, they have autonomy and a right to privacy, your relationship with them is one, they also have relationships between their family and friends which are neither of the spouses buisness, the question would be, why she is asking for it after a few years of marriage, brother needs to be honest as to why his wife has suddenly become suspicious.
