I stumbled upon your videos a week ago and have been blown away by what you have. Thank you so much and keep the follow along ones coming. They have been an incredible help as I've started to include stretching and mobility into my daily routine.
I have been trying to do yoga. Hurts, doesn't help me at all. I have been doing this for 2 days now. THE best stretching video out there. My pain is getting slowly better. I have not worked since September 7th 2018 because of my lower back and hips. I had a roof fall on me while I was sideways. This, so far has helped me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

It has taken quite a labor to identify all these exercises but I am fairly certain that these are proper enough to be titles. If any are wrong or a mistake please do correct me as I am not certain to what that is.
SUMMARY:
A1 Seated Deep Breaths 3 - 5 breaths
A2 Pike Fold Position 30 sec / 3 - 5 breaths
A3 Seated Twist Pose (Left) 30 sec
A4 Side Lying Chest Opener (Left) 5 Reps
A5 Upward Dog Position 10 sec / 1 - 2 breaths
A6 Low Lunge Hip Flexor Elevated Assistance (Left) 30 sec
A7 Low Lunge Push Hip Flexor (Left) 30 sec
A8 Low Lunge Hip Flexor Elevated Assistance (Right) 30 sec
A9 Low Lunge Push Hip Flexor (Right) 30 sec
A10 Upward Dog Position 10 sec / 1 - 2 breaths
A11 Side Lying Chest Opener (Right) 5 Reps
A12 Seated Twist Position (Right) 30 sec
A13 Lying Chest Opener 3 - 5 mins
If you are wondering yes there is a change as I have swap A11 and A12 in there true position. However I did only because of the sake of convenience nothing more as I personally see it. Thank you and sweet dreams...

This is the only one of your videos I've seen so far. I watched it 2 years ago, when I browsing for a quick yoga routine to help me sleep and I've done this (with a couple additions) almost every night since then. It works great for me. I feel more rested I have an easier time waking up the next morning if I took the time to do my stretching. It just occurred to me that I ought to pop in and say Thank you for the routine!

This is great I’m a mma fighter and try to dedicate half hour of my day to stretching really helps with my mobility when grappling or throwing high kicks also get a lot less muscular injuries

That shoulder stretch at the end was 🤯 amazing! I used two yoga blocks and a pillow for comfort to get the same effect. I’ll definitely try it again!
