I'm a long time subscriber and for some reason, your videos weren't popping up on my feed anymore. I went to the gym today and wanted to do a flexibility routine and remembered your past videos. Having been away as a viewer for a couple of years, I have to say your already excellent videos have gotten even better!! The scenery behind you is unbelievably beautiful as well! The routine was great! I have a long way to go, but this helped a ton.

Just like with diet: If you eat exactly the same food everyday you're going to imbalance the nutrient intake in the long term, while adding variety makes this less likely to happen... I was just wondering if there is an easy way to introduce my old man and others to a simple full body everyday routine that would keep 'em flexible and healthy, with no complications nor excesive research/mental effort/planning

Tom your flexibility routines nave all treated me wonderfully so far. How do I choose between which if to follow? Would you recommend this newest one over the older ones?
If you have specific goals, for instance pancake or front split, then I would do those routines 2x per week, maybe 3. They’re a bit more intense and focused. If you want to just stretch and chill out with some general improvements, but slower, then shoot for a full body one. That can be done everyday or as often as you want to.
Starting this routine tomorrow morning, planning on doing it every morning for the entire month of july. Ill check back here in a month to update myself how it went. For now, my squat flexibility, aka my hips and lower back is not the best. My shoulders are also not the greatest. Im waking up every morning with a stiff neck due to bad sleeling posture in which I always end up in.

I'm no expert, but if you dod the same routine every day, your body would just adapt to it. Rotate the different routines.
