Dramatic Lighting Tutorial | Sun Light | Procreate Tutorial

This is a great, simple way of explaining this. I don't really understand the best ways to use layers and their settings, but this helped a ton.

My only issue is I think the eye area in shadow should really be darker. I'm painting a dramatic lighting piece, 4 characters, with shadows almost in black. Along with some different coloured lighting which is making skin appear as different colours with hints of greens, blues and oranges, so it's proving tough lol

Thanks for this, very interesting. Is this the main/only way to do lighting effects in Procreate? It's very creative, don't get me wrong, but I wondered if there may be a way to actually add lights to the scene like after effects etc.
