Clarence, I started doing those paused ATG (not as low as yours) squats with no belt and no wraps. People at the gym look at me like I’m crazy. I’ve gone up to 380lbs paused. But I’ll be honest, I’ll put the wraps back on to see where I stand and it’s mid 400lbs. Anyways, pausing squat and bench has improved my strength so much. Up to 325 lbs bench.

@@pdblouin I get most of my fibre from oats, has about two or three times the fibre of most vegetables. And I get like 30g a day max and never have issues. In fact I've had the opposite when I suddenly ate dinners with a lot of chickpeas for a week and was getting far more fibre than usual but without the extra water it was absorbing. Now that's squeezing rocks.

@@Bramble20322 About 800-1000kcal per meal. I guess I was counting the beans as a vegetable which makes it super easy. 300-400kcal of chickpeas, 200-300kcal of sweet potato, 200-300kcal of quinoa, then like 50kcal of random veggies and a few walnuts.

It blows my mind that you don't do any stretching. I feel like if I didn't stretch even after a light leg session I wouldn't be able to walk for a week. Does anyone know if Clarence has any videos where he talks about his views on stretching/mobility? That would be awesome!
@@royercrafterAlso the fact that he has been training Olympic lifting for years. These movements require a lot of mobility to perform so alongside with tricking, you could say that he developed the mobility over time where he doesn’t need to stretch. But yeah some people are just built different. I unfortunately am very stiff & have to stretch regularly.

I'm sure he mentions in one video that he just goes light and gradually increased the weight to warm up.
