Got so excited just by seeing the video length being 30 min ! It’s like sitting down and enjoying a favorite sitcom. Content you guys make is top tier! Much love from LA
Most long youtube videos...I'm tuning out...watched the whole thing guy! Nice work, and I ate two Staub grilled steaks while watching. Top notch good time! Thank you
Thank you, Sam, for knowing the reference I love a parade. Like, I know where the original Astro came from too. And what a virtuoso tour de force with all that beef! Bravo!
Damn, Sam! My mouth won"t stop watering! I love beef in all shapes, sizes and cooking methods and you've done EIGHT of them here...AWESOME! It was a lot of work, I'm sure, but I sure do appreciate all your efforts...Thank you for this.
My 8 year old son, Joey, and I love watching your shows. When Sam. It into that glorious burger he said "daddy, he's going to do the thing with the paper towel roll". He was pretty shocked and bummed when he used a brown rag. Love these shows! He wants a t-shirt but I don't think there are youth mediums.
OMG, I can't think of the last time I laughed so so much watching a RUclips video. How you can make cooking excellent food be so darn funny, it's incredible. I love it. And of course, I learned so much. You and your team are simply amazing. Thank you so much for sharing. I learn when I watch, you fill my head with ideas, and you make it look simple. I appreciate that. Just an awesome video!!!
been watching you for a little over a year now. you are very entertaining and your recipes are amazing to. you've made my cooking skills so much better in flavorful ways keep it up man love to watch you.
Everything looks fanfreakintastic! And yes, I just sang I love a parade in my Clark W G Griswold voice! That scene when he was stumbling through the desert in Vacation 🤣🤣
You should do a breakfast video with leftovers. Leftover beef or just anything you have left over... Also just a leftovers video with some fresh ideas would be interesting as well. Keep up the great work guys!
I have been watching you all for 2-3 years! Thank you for your info and just to let you know you are all apart of all your veiwers families. Cheers from Canada!! Fat means flavour.
In the 70's I worked in an exceptional fine dining restaurant. One of our Signature Entries was Chateaubriand for 2 with roasted vegetables flamed with Brandy while served. It was the iconic item for special events in our Restaurant...The presentation was so impressive! A white napkin over the firearm while preparing...it was a Ritual! I truly miss the FINE THINGS!
Wow!! You are an easy audience! I've been listening to this while I'm doing some prep work, and all I've heard is cornball humour from a "Middle-aged White Guy Who Really Wishes He Were Doing Standup" for a living. Plus, that 'membrane' is the periosteum - a very impervious, tough bit of connective tissue which should be escorted to Skippy's bowl.
Am 3/4s done watching this video & had to pause just to comment.. This 8 separate meats cuts "beef video" is definitely a 'top 5' STCG vid :-) Is Very Good! Okay, that's all. Back to watching.
Hey guys! Love your channel. Everything we’ve tried is as good as you say it is. Appreciate how simple the recipes are and the big taste they deliver. We have a tip for you!!! We noticed you use French’s mustard in these recipes. Did you know there is a secret in the lid of the mustard bottle? No lies!!!! When you open the flip top lid of the mustard, bend it right back until it “clicks”. The bottle is designed to hold your lid open so it doesn’t get in the way when squirting the mustard 🤯🤯🤯🤯 right???? Looking forward to the next video. Cheers!
Love the banter going back and forth between you guys. Guess the women are on the sidelines waiting to cleanup the mess. Loved your video and great recipes.
Eating pork Katsu with vegetable curry while watching this is extremely satisfying especially when Sam did the video for it last week!! And omg it was absolutely amazing
Man.. this makes me want a nice cut of fillet marinated and grilled with extra marinade mix to dip it in with sauteed mushrooms onions and garlic. OmG! Really makes me want some of all the stuff you just cooked! 🤤😋
Wow that was alot of prepping for this episode. You guys are amazing! Everything looked mouth watering delicious. And you all make me laugh out loud every episode. I am glad you try to not swear so much. Thank you for that, its a bad trigger for me. But love you guys so much!🥰can't wait to try some of these recipes.
Awesome, mouth-watering cooking going on here! I LOVE beef and hope to be able to afford to eat it again some time in the near future. Until then...I'll keep drooling lol
Hey Sam! Just a suggestion....try using your Soy Paste instead of mustard. I have done both and can honestly say I really prefer the Soy Paste. Thanks for a lot of great videos and great food I have made after watching!
Where's my fellow Dads who kill it in the kitchen? My wife doesn't even like to cook anymore cuz she can't compare. Thank you Sam for helping me make amazing food for my family.
Sam and crew, I Love watching your videos! You have so helped my culinary skills. Plus I love your humor. As a beef producer I was absolutely thrilled to see this video this morning! Thanks so much for doing this! I can’t wait to try all these recipes! 👍🏻❤️🥩
I'm not really a fan of mushrooms but those bad boys looked absolutely elegant I'd definitely try those kids lol. And the only reason I'm skeptical of mushrooms is because my cousin gave me some so I cooked them in with tacos and wow what a trip I took in lala land lolz.
As a butcher I absolutely loved this video!! The diagram of the cow is awesome.

Sam you did an amazing job with all the different beef. Thank you for sharing. ❤❤😮
Chance dropped a gem and it didn’t get nearly enough love. “Im in Beef Mode” instead of Beast Mode. Stay Golden Chancey Boy

As Sam is standing by the chalk board he kinda looks liked Ben Stein... anybody else think so? 🤔
Love the show Sam! Keep'em Rollin
We all know now the answer to “where’s the beef?” Sam took it all. AND Sam’s version of a taco salad? ❤️👍🏻🇺🇸🥃🇨🇦
LOL
Best food video I’ve watched in a long time and I watch a lot. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Watching this while prepping Sam's goat cheese scalloped potatoes for tonight's supper. 👍🏻
Big ups joker!
Those potatoes are freaking awesome.
@@googleuser6971 They sure are. I always make a 5 pound bag of potatoes in my biggest cast iron pan. My fiance calls them potato crack.
Is your name an Impractical Joker reference? Lol
Holy cow, great demo!
Love the different ways you cooked the beef.
30 minutes of Sam and beef! What more could you ask for?
Great job. Not often I go back and rewatch a video right after it finished. 😊

I was a standing rib roast or ribeye guy until I moved to California and had tri-tip. He’s right tri-tip is exactly what beef is suppose to be. ❤
Absolutely love this interaction between sam and his camera men
So passionate about the bacon and brisket burger! I would be too! Ha! Looks awesome!
More videos like this please :D hella fun to watch
Everything you cooked was perfect! I’ll take that burger 3-4 times a week.

Absolutely loved the whole video on beef! I'm from the midwest and recently discovered tri-tip and it's my new favorite cut! 🍻boys
Man, y'all really hit that one out of the park.
Who doesn’t love a PARADE!
That tri-tip makes me miss that Cardiff Crack from back home in SD

Me too Max, me too.
Excellent .Thanks
I had a vegan friend who had a "beef, it's whats for dinner" bumper sticker on his truck that was doctored to read "beets, it's whats for dinner".
This video format was a lot of fun, this would be great with every protein!
I want to try absolutely all of these
Thank you Sam, I agree!
