  • Today I'll be showing you how to make Okonomiyaki. But not just the regular Okonomiyaki you've seen all over the place, no, a modern style Okonomiyaki. Okonomiyaki is definitely a soul food from Osaka and the modern version is just a great way to try the dish again without messing up the recipe completely :)
So if you have questions like: "how to make Osaka soul food" or "what is Japanese modern style food?" then keep watching, you won't be let down ;)
Want to enjoy the okonomiyaki at the place we went to? The restaurant is called "Okonomiyaki Sanpei" in Shinsaibashi, Osaka.

I remember you were super impressed by his Okonomiyaki yeah 😀😀
I've tried a few more restaurants that serve high quality Okonomiyaki here in Osaka, but they all seem to fall short in flavor compared to his x)
