I've done this routine 6x in the last 11 days. After the 2nd session, my back no longer hurt to the touch. By the third session, I noticed I was sitting up straighter. By the fourth session, I no longer had back pain. I can't wait to see where my body will be six sessions from now.

i only recently discovered your channel, but I'm so glad i did! A friend of mine recommended pilates to help with my scoliosis, and you were the first channel that came up. I always feel so strong and refreshed in a way no other workout has left me feeling. Unfortunately I don't have access to one a the moment, but I'm moving later this month, and I've already found a pilates studio that specializes in scoliosis in the city where I'll be moving. Thank you so much for sharing your practice with us, it really is such a huge help!

I only have 30 minutes tops in the morning for myself before tending to the kiddos, and I get to bed no later than 8:00 p.m. to be up at 4 in the morning, I am not playing around, so I can do that 🌟. Absolutely loved this flow Isa! Definitely wasn’t overwhelming but every move really challenged me and tested my strength. Needed this to motivate me to do more 🙌🏾🙌🏾

Just went on a walk and then came home and did this video. I appreciate how your instructions even tell when to breathe lol you would think that's a natural thing but hey it calmed me and reminded me and made the movements easier to do. So thank you!

I'm really struggling to engage my core! I've read all about it - it's the feeling you get when you're about to punch someone, or when you put your thumb in your mouth and blow, or when you bring your belly button back towards your spine etc etc etc. But I still have no idea how to focus on this AND doing any workout while not injuring myself. Losing hope and motivation 😢
