IMO all glue should dry overnight/24 hours. Idk much though. Just that lol

What kind of wheel is it that cuts to such a width, I have never seen it before, do you have a photo and where can I find it?

dado blade. It's two normalish blades that have smaller bits you fit in between. I think it isn't common in the EU due to safety regulations

Maybe it would work better if you used an edge cut instead of using a dado blade?
