    In the mountain villages of Nepal, farming communities are facing acute water shortages.
    Natural springs and aquifers are drying up, but some women are building artificial ponds or 'recharge basins' to collect rainwater and refill local aquifers.

    I think they should have to plant more trees. Deforestation is actually one of the causes of drought. Nepal is a beautiful country.
