@@pratishkoirala560 Did you read what i wrote, properly? I was sending good wishes to this community in Nepal and others like them, who live in similar circumstances, across the Himalayas. I know of many others who face similar situations.
I rode in a bus on roads just like these where was straight down on one side and straight up on the other side. Once to pass a truck, we had to take the outside mirrors off both of the vehicles and scrape them past... I have a video of all those roads and one of them had a built up roof over the road because the water was coming down to erode the road and the little porch that was billed redirected the water to the other side of the road. Once we had a Pee stop and all the ladies were directed to one side of the bus and the men to the other side.
This is a real eye opener. The dangers that threaten the mere existence of these people are unimaginable for us Americans, who live is so much comfort and still are never satisfied.
How different our world really is , here we complain about having a bad cup of coffee , slow internet , traffic jams not appreciating how privileged we are to have these problems while people are out there struggling to meet their basic needs .

OMG, what a documentary! In 21st Century just for basic needs risk their lives. Because of the Buddhist temple, the people of the Lima valley can't migrate to better places of Nepal. Hats of to all the people and the Camera man who gave courage to show such a breath taking documentary to the world.

Wow, great film, amazing work from the crew, and what resilience from the people of the Limi Valley, Jai Nepal.

That was 1998. Most time all of the vehicle repairs were done with a big pair of pliers, hammer, and a flood blade screwdriver..
I could not get anyone on camera unless they ran away and put on there or borrowed best clothing. That is why you see so many well dressed locals..
