that jack o lantern at the end was so precious. i can only imagine the amount of self fulfillment and peace after you've done all this to provide yourself with necessities
The amount of work that goes into simple comforts like food, water, heat, light, and something comfortable to sleep in really makes you appreciate and hate our modern world at the same time.
Well... it is alot, for sure... But lets put this in perspective. In takes less than a day to put up each wall. A house you buy, even a bad one with lots of problems and pests in a poor location costs 1/4-3/4 of your living waking hours worked for most people to afford. So while I do appreciate a lot of it, when you would actually be better off in the ages gone by because at least back then they valued their citizens surviving, its hard not to hate the modern world and be nostalgic
Bedrock has become a trend again these days... Hello Barny and Betty, Wilma and Fred! A pterodactyl is still missing as a means of air travel and a mobile stone as a means of moving on the ground.

I’ve watched about 15 different builds each with 4 different UTs and so far this is my fav!! I also liked when you were using the cord and not wire, it will degrade easier. I am always most impressed when large sheets of moss are peeled up and put on the building!! I live in Texas, USA and we just don’t have that kind of moss!
I do this too when I'm happy or excited and don't want to be noisy or a nuisance. Was gonna leave my own comment, but I'm glad someone else pointed it out. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing someone else doing it for once. XD
I have spent a large amount of time in the bush, this guy is spending days and days building this, it’s spring time. I have been watching the angle of the sun through the trees. He clearly has a base somewhere else.
A lot of channels like this have a small team, off camera, helping them. The amount of calories *one person* would have to burn to build something like this is insane. He most definitely has a base close by and possibly someone manning the camera too. _Chop chop chop... move camera.... chop chop chop... move camera... chop chop chop..._ These kinds of videos are very misleading.

One of the most unique and creative shelters I’ve seen and I love watching these type of videos. Amazing work.
I’m in bed watching and enjoying it.😀😃😄 lots of of hard work.
Ale macie swobodny dostęp do broni bez łaski państwa... Nie macie mchu bo i lasy w tym klimacie nie takie i wilgotność nie taka...
Found myself watching and couldn’t stop. Never to old to learn.👍🏼
The innocent joyful clap at 31:49
😂😊the reward for today's effort is in there...
the reward of my tenacity lies in this humble "self-applause"😊😂🫡😌😌
I do this too when I'm happy or excited and don't want to be noisy or a nuisance. Was gonna leave my own comment, but I'm glad someone else pointed it out. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing someone else doing it for once. XD
I could’ve sworn this was minecraft for a second. Sick build dude!
This is art

First Bro i like your videos i feel peace watching you

I have spent a large amount of time in the bush, this guy is spending days and days building this, it’s spring time. I have been watching the angle of the sun through the trees. He clearly has a base somewhere else.
I agree this is not a one-day adventure, personally I would have just slept in my truck.
But it’s still very, very cool! 🤷🏼♀️
@LilaHikes and he has no mud on him the entire time!
Watching this the day after heart surgery as a 41 yo. It’s exactly what I need to keep me from thinking about all that I’m going thru. Thank you for the video
Even the spirits of the forest don't bother you, they are too fascinated watching you building your creative crafts 😄
That is hands down one of the coolest bushwhacking shelters I’ve ever seen! Minimalist, efficient and covert as heck! Still just looks like a downed tree until you get to where you can see the entrance! That things awesome!
I feel like we have different ideas of "minimalist"
