This is the Lankeleisi X3000 Max - one of the most impressive Ebikes I've ridden, especially when you consider it costs well under £2000. That's half the price of a Super73 with comparable performance. This electric bike has dual 1000 watt motors and insane torque to power it up hills. It also has a great rear rack so it has utility too! Could this be the best ebike of 2024?

Hi bud, nice power there! Just to correct a myth though, according to Bafang, if the electronics are off when pedalling there is NO resistance from hub motors. I know, surprised me too. Keep up the good work 😊

Unfortunately there seems to be a design flow in the frame of this bike that causes it to crack near the rear suspension. you can find more online
Will you be doing any reviews on electric trikes, my wife and I both have one and they are so much fun to ride and race.
I'd love to. Been contacted by a few trike brands but they've been American and won't ship to the UK.
Are you able to use the max throttle on lowest pedal assist mode?
I have always hated cadence sensors and would much prefer throttle only
Just been to the shed to double check. Throttle speed matches the assist level speed on this one.

Shame it's so big! do you know of any folding e-bikes with dual suspension + smaller 16" wheels and a rear rack? I've looked at the ADO A16+ but it's lacking the rack and is being discontinued.
Are things like the dyu A5 or c2 too small? Although A5 has suspension saddle not rear suspension. C2 has rear suspension but none at the front.

Small size 20 inch wheels, a steepish fork angle, narrow handlebars make for a pretty unstable ebike setup at any speed exceeding 20 mph. Much bigger wheels & a larger frame needed for comfort, stability, safety & speed.
They're plenty stable. Hit 40mph down a massive hill and had no worries at all. If I could find a steeper hill it would probably be fine at 50 as well 😂
I find these handlebars pretty wide tbh and the bike feels stable. It's the traditional folding handlebars that are a bit narrow.
The top speed limit at 30mph and low range at throttle is a big let down. They should upgrade to a 60v system and have dual batteries like the Wired Freedom/Cruiser.

Not planned at the moment. I will if they ask me to or I'll check it out if I'm running low on bikes. Looks a decent bike though.
my guy, i love this bike. i have a question though. the official site says that the load capacity is 180kg. without the bike of course. i sent them an email, they confirmed it. now i understand that they exaggerate a bit. i weight around 120-125kg. in your experiense with the bike, is it gonna be safe for me? i really want it to be foldable, eitherwise i would go for mg740 plus wich looke safer.

Great vid bro. I have heard the argument that dual motors are actually more economic with range on account not having to work as hard. I would like it if manufacturers could have a consumption read out like miles per kw or what have you. Love the show.
Thanks for watching! Well I suppose the range might not really half when you use both. Maybe 2 motors running 500w each could be a bit better than 1 1000w motor? Interesting.

A quick question: Do u pay import tax if u buy an ebike from china
I haven't so far but I know if you're buying something direct from China sometimes packages can get randomly checked which may result in extra charges or delayed delivery. I bought an EUC from China which got delayed like that but I didn't pay anything extra. If you're in the UK though I think this bike comes from the EU.

Love it my mate has one similar to this and a stealth. As long as you have pedals the police don’t bother you. The same with the scooters they have stopped taking them if you are riding sensible no problem.. But If you’re riding like a dick then expect a chase. Great electric bike for work and just pottering around on in the nice weather. You can make this faster. But you don’t need to will only take more out the battery. The U.K. is the only country that is not fully legal on this stuff taking there time to see how they can tax you on them.

For this one I'm pretty sure it's just for battery access. The hinge and connector feels really tough for everyday riding and light off road. I wouldn't want to be jumping around on this bike anyway.
