I'm going through a really scary time financially in my life, my health and body have definitely taken a backseat trying to scramble. I'm really thankful for your videos and your accessible yoga practice. When I find a moment of stillness I try I get on my mat and follow your practices. As of late I've been having a mental/physical block following my own bodies flow. But your practices make me feel like I'm reclaiming my body as a sacred thing to be taken care of rather than a tool to abuse and push to it's limits to try to survive. Thank you for what you do!

I’m relatively new to Boho yoga but I’m loving it. I know I don’t look graceful, and my almost 47 year old body isn’t as flexible as it could be, but I’m feeling great. I’ve started getting up earlier in the morning to fit a session in before work. Thank you ❤
I've had covid for like 2wks now and it's the first time I haven't been able to do my normal workouts and yoga practice in like 2 years. I tried to keep doing my normal stuff but it was making me sick and then I physically couldn't. It's been very hard to accept. I don't want to lose the strength and flexibility I've worked so hard to gain, and I don't know what to do. I tried this workout today and I seem to be alright so far, thank you for the shorter classes!

i've been suffering from clinically severe depression for years. i used to be in shape but my body deteriorated with my brain. i hate working out in gyms because it's hard enough to get out of bed and its embarrassing that i lost all my stamina. it's also more risky because i have a condition where if i push myself too hard (which unfortunately i have a habit of doing), i will pass out. so these kinds of videos perfectly fit my needs :) i made it only 6 minutes and with the chair squat things my legs were shaking so violently. took a short stretch break, made it to 9, and then sprinkled in a 30s plank and some modified pushups since my legs were rebelling it'll take a while to regain my strength and stamina (and flexibility 😭 used to be a dancer) but i'll get there. first step is being able to tough out the whole workout no breaks 😅 thank you for the video! and your muscle control is no joke

I am practicing consistently but I am not doing any challenge or marathon, which is super great for me (because these things end rather quickly and they take my desire to keep practicing). This time I feel I am onto something… Instead of practicing because I need to, I practice because I deserve the movement. My body is worthy of getting up from my workplace and getting to the mat to spend some time alone with my breath and your sequences. Thank you!!
