World Diabetes Day-14th November

Today 14th November is Children's Day and World Diabetes Day.
Type 1 Diabetes or Insulin Dependent Diabetes is commonly seen in children. It's a condition where body stops making Insulin. IT IS NOT A DISEASE. With Insulin injections and Blood Sugar Monitoring children can lead totally normal and active life.
Not giving Insulin or trying alternative medicines can be life threatening for child.
Type 1 Diabetes children are not allowed to take Insulin shots in school, some are even asked to change school- THIS IS WRONG AND PUNISHABLE!!
So let us break this taboo, support children with Type 1 Diabetes lead a happy, healthy life..
