This is a great one. I found this no-bake cheesecake recipe a few years ago, but with crackers for a base.. so, I just make the filling and eat it with strawberries and other toppings.. but I make it with lime juice.. it really gives it a great tangy taste.. just like real cheesecake. 👍
I make this a lot because it is a quick and easy no bake cheesecake but I add a little lemon juice and zest for more cheesecake flavor 😋 great video!

This turned out great! Simple and delicious! I was only making half of it because I didn't have 8 oz of cream cheese but accidentally added the full amount of sweetener 😐 I tried to rescue it by adding more heavy cream. I had some raspberries and the tartness offset the sweetness so not a total loss!
